Basically, i was training Proto Man, when i noticed that Heat Man did a Defense Burn. I was in Wily Stage IV, so flame attacks had 2.0x boost. My Proto Man had 3412 defense, so it should have removed 1024, the 30%, but instead, it removed 300, as if I had 999 defense. I later decided to try an Attack Blaze, and it also added 100 instead of the 10%. Thus, boost abilities, break abilities and maybe some more internal things, still obey the old 999 stat cap.

EDIT: oops, got the colors wrong, quite forgot how to use them...

I know they remove part of my stats, the problem is that they are working with the old 999 stats cap, thus dealing set amounts to robots with more that 1000 in a stat. IE: Use attack break on a robot with 100 attack: removes 15% correctly (15 attack points). Use it on a robot with 999 attack: removes 15% correctly (150 attack points). Use it on a robot with 9999 attack: doesn't remove 15%, removes 150 attack points instead of 1500 (15% of 9999).

I hadn't noticed this, so thanks for reporting it. That's so weird... :S

Consider this bug on my to-do list (which is growing pretty quickly lately...) and as always I apologize for the inconvenience. >_>
