While doing a variation of the level 100 exploit (that I found on my own), the game does not submit my Rising Cutter selection. Usually the page loads for a second or two while the attacks are sent back and forth, but this time it just loads endlessly. This has happened five times to me in a row. I am using Cutman to perform this attack on Dr. Wily's Intro Field.
EDIT: Okay, apparently it's just me, because QuickLikeQuickman has used it successfully.

Well, I don't know if this counts as the endless loading glitch mentioned otherwise or is an entirely different issue, but as he said, I can use it fine. It's probably just him, but maybe it's just a rare glitch that stays in effect for a playing session. That's my two cents on this matter.
Nobody else appears to be having this problem and I am unable to replicate it myself so I'm closing this thread. What likely happened is that you encountered the endless loading glitched mentioned in the known bugs and issues thread. Sorry about that. :|
