I'm going to create a quote for someone unexpected! It's the purple versions of Bass, Proto Man, and Mega Man and maybe future robots! I did this to give them more personality.( I'll call them copy robots.)
START: I'm the perfect imitation! Some might call me better than the original!
TAUNT: Surprised by how similar I am to the original?
VICTORY: Seems I've copied the right robot!
DEFEAT: I lost only because I copied a weak, sorry excuse for a robot!

Also, if King is ever added to the game, here should be his quotes.
START: You dare challenge the king of all robots!
TAUNT: Since you are a robot, I'll allow you to join my army.
VICTORY: Checkmate! I won this round!

Hrrrm. Looks like a lot's already been done—I'll have to get creative to make something new.

GRENADE-MAN:

Defeat: THAT FELT GOOD!

KNIGHT-MAN:
Start: I would gladly accept your challenge anytime.
Taunt: Your finest just isn't enough!

SHARK-MAN:

VICTORY: You know what they say, a good defense is a good offense!
DEFEAT: Incredible! You managed to break my defense!

Number Man, here ya go!
START: One, two, Three! That's how long this fight will take!
TAUNT: I'm surprised you've lasted this long!
VICTORY: Lets add this to my victory list!
DEFEAT: But my calculations said that there was no way I could lose!

Blossom Woman, time to show!
START: This rose has finally bloomed!
TAUNT: Are you distracted by my amazing beauty?
VICTORY: Our fight was beautiful, but not as beautiful as me!
DEFEAT: How dare you! Do you know how long it took me to get ready?!

Laser Man, come on up!
START: Do you expect to actually beat me?
TAUNT: My lasers are really state of the art, aren't they?
VICTORY: Of course I won, my lasers can penetrate anything!
DEFEAT: I lost? No way, my lasers are.. oh, forget it!

Curses. I saw that they lacked mugshots on the Database page, so I fallaciously presumed that they were still not finalized. As for Shark-Man, he has an appearance in Mega Man 3 for the DOS (His Battle Network counterpart notwithstanding), so I would suppose he would be in the game, though he seems to be running with a fanmade master lineup rather than his DOS compatriots. Speaking of the more obscure Robot Masters, where are the RM&F2 Robots, and the Constellations from Rockman Strategy? Are there no plans to add them to the game? Heck, we don't even have Dark-Man (MM5) or Doc Robot on the database. I know balance is the primary concern, but if we're going to have Robot Masters, might as well have all of them.

Actually, while I'm ranting about that, let's give Dark-Man a try:
Start: Target shall be eliminated for the glory of Wily.
Taunt: Target's threat level is minimal.
Victory: Target neutralized. Victory for Dr. Wily!
Defeat: I have failed...please forgive me, Wily...

Shame the Prototype is still down. ): In the meantime, I'd like to make a few edits to my preexisting quotes.

Flash Man
Start: "Stop! In the name of Love!"
Taunt: "This'll be over in a flash!"
Victory: "How illuminating!"

Crash Man
Start: "I am the destroyer!"
Taunt: "I'll blow you to smithereens!"
Victory: "You hardly stood a chance!"

Knight Man

Taunt: "Enough foolishness! Have at you!"
Victory: "Thou were a fool to think thy could win!"

As humorous as Bomb Man's insanity is, it doesn't really match his canon personality. So let's try our hand at a quote set suggestion, shall we?

Bomb Man
Start: "Let's have a little fun with my explosives!"
Taunt: "You should've come yesterday! I had some big boom-booms then!"
Victory: "Ka-BOOM! Haha!"
Defeat: "I ran out of fuse...!"

Heres Slur, based what I read in the plot discussion.

START: You wish to fight? Do you know who I am?
TAUNT: The master has seen your past,present and future!
VICTORY: Your efforts only delayed your end.
DEFEAT: How could an inferior being like you beat me?!

Here is AstroMan, sorry for lack of colored brackets formatting but I'm still trying to get the hang of it.

Start: "Oh man, how did you find me!?"
Taunt: "Let's just make this quick..."
Victory: "Is it over....? Wha-? I won? I won!"
Defeat: "Awww...I knew I should have hidden over there instead..."

Also, here are my DarkMan quote ideas. I decided to give him a little personality, and added a a flare of Megamix/Gigamix. I'm doing two forms: Disguised and Normal.

Disguised:

Start: "Heh heh, Hey, it's me, ProtoMan."
Taunt: "*whistles* *cough* ~wheeze~"
Victory: "Yes, I'm ProtoMan, I did those things!"
Defeat: "C-Can we all calm down..? I'm ProtoMan remember?"

Normal:

Start: "You won't get past me, I will obliterate you. Heh, Heh."
Taunt: "What's the matter? Afraid of the dark?"
Victory: "Target Eliminated. Now Wily can take over the world!"
Defeat: "How am I supposed to help Dr. Wily frame ProtoMan now...?"
