@megaprotobassman : Like I've said in other threads, they'll be unlockable once they are complete. For me "complete" means their sprite is done, their special weapon is done, AND their field/stage is done. The MM3 robots still need fields, and everyone else needs sprites and/or weapons still.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. :S Each field has one type of mecha in three different "generations" (so basically three per stage). Thanks for the reminder. :)

Adrian said that he wants three players as that's always a good number in video games. An example is the tri-force from Zelda, which has only three pieces.

Apologies if I seemed pushy with my questions. As previously stated, my focus has always been canon first, and even though I know a thing or two about game design, I've never really had to balance anything like an RPG before. What I intend with these questions is not to challenge your reasoning, but to understand it. Sorry once again if I came across as pushy.

I...am probably not in the best position to defend the Constellations' inclusion, given that I haven't actually played Rockman Strategy. You do bring up a good point about how there are already a lot of space Robots in this gameā€”it is difficult to incorporate everyone in, I suppose. If I had to take a shot at it, I would say that the Constellations appeared on-site to vouch for humanity's redeeming qualities (They did help save the Constellations' home planet by giving them the secrets of producing plant life), but that's mostly a crack idea without thought (Or knowledge of if the StarDroids already fill that niche, which is a distinct possibility). I dunno; I've just always found them really nice from a design standpoint; there really aren't any Robots in the series quite like them. But you've addressed me fairly, so I guess I have nothing more to say on the matter.

@megaprotobassman - You can also get Field Support by beating the Intro Field nine times (beating the 8 met mission twice).

For the Starforce, can you ever get stars from another player's fields in Chapter Two? I know you can in Chapter Four, but I was wondering if there was a way for Chapter Two. Also, could you add this info to the game? Thanks.

I looked around where I could, though a search feature probably would have been helpful. I see people all the time, even the AI bots ingame, with weapons like Hard Knuckle and Gemini Laser. I do encounter these robots in the bonus missions, but I don't get any drops from them. Where would I encounter some of these extra robots to get their weapons? I kind of want to 100% the game as is right now, and I've collected about a fifth of the Fusion Stars so far. :P

@TailsMK4 You can get them by copying them with the Copy Shot ability that Mega, Proto and Bass have. If you are faster than the enemy robot, then just wait for them to do the attack you want, and then use Copy Shot. I hope this helps :D

@Shadowmnico Ah, I didn't even know I could get the weapons that way. Perhaps I'll go after the other robots after I finish the Fusion Star side quest, then I will have truly finished the game as is.

EDIT: This is great! I think I'll take a detour from the Star sidequest and get the other abilities I'm missing. I got Magnet Missile just now.

EDIT2: And I just got the weapon from my favorite RM, the Gemini Laser. I'm going to get all of the abilities if I can now.
