So I beat the game, at least with Dr.Light. So I went to the special battles and saw Turbo Man in it so I clicked on it, and beat Turbo Man with Buster only. But I didn't unlock him... Maybe there is a different way to unlock special robots, because I see some robots that you can actually play as have weakness to special types that would only come from Mega Man 3 robots... so how do you unlock them?

Robots like Turbo Man do not have everything they need to be fully playable, like their battle fields. You can, however, obtain their weapons. I actually had just asked this question myself in the Official Question and Answer thread. You can obtain a maximum of 30 robots as of this version. All other robots that are in are not playable.
