If it's not the Fourth Armor you're wrong.
Really though tell which and why, for instance, "The Fourth Armor, because the Plasma Buster is amazing against minibosses and I can spam all the admittedly underwhelming special weapons forever with the Head Parts."
EDIT: You can only name armors that can be assembled in the main stages without codes.
In other words, no Ultimate Armor or Hyper Special Armor (the one from X3 that's gold) kay?

The red armor in X8, can't remember the name, is my fav because of it's focus on offense. I'm the kind of player, who will charge into battles headfirst, ignore any defense options, somethings paying for it (Kingdom hearts for example, I didn't know you can deflect Darkside's shots back at it.)

Each armor has something I like, so I'll just do that.
X1-Classic
X2-Best design
X3-Best feel

The Gold Armor from X3, because it's OP. It has double air-dashing, an Instant Charge Shot weapon, a shield over the armor's shield, upwards dashing and it can heal you when you're standing still. If that's now awesome, then I don't know what is.

Since I really only played the first game, well, the First Armor is my favorite.
Head Part: Not very useful, but it does give you access to the Buster Parts, which is awesome. It also makes the cave in Sting Chameleon a joke.
Body Part: 1/2 damage? Awesome!
Leg Parts: Dashing became a staple of the X series, and the Leg Parts made it possible. It's also the only one that is given to you directly.
Buster Parts: A fourth charging level, and the ability to charge special weapons. NEED I SAY MORE?!
Arm Parts: HADOUKEN! It kills everything it comes into contact with!

Shadow armor. Its stick to the walls, the celling, walk on spikes,its buster shot and chargeshot, the sabet swing and its giga attack. So aswome

The second one. It's in my favorite Mega Man game, and thus it is my favorite.

You can't get it in the first 8 stages though. Only the main armor and one of the chips.

You could get all the armor pieces in any game after the first 8 stages.

Yea, but you can't get to the Gold Armor capsule until the Sigma stages. Same with the Ultimate Armor in X5
