While Retro Pikachu's "Guide to the Community" FAQ thread and my "I wanna have a chat with you" Chat Rules thread are all well and good, I just noticed that the Community itself has no OFFICIAL, IRONCLAD, STICKIED, BLATANT-AS-AN-ATOM-BOMB, Community Rules topic.
I've decided that it needs one. Badly. No clearly posted rules gives excuses for people that wanna quadruple-post about meaningless and dumb things.
Please keep in mind that I plan on making a completely separate OFFICIAL Community Rules thread for MegaBoss or Adrian or another Mod to sticky later on. This topic is for the community to remind me and/or discuss and/or debate what should and should NOT be constituted as a Community rule.
After taking a look at Retro's Guide To The Community and my own Xat rules topic, as well as remembering the unwritten rules that I've encountered over my almost 2.5 months here, so far, here are the rules that I have in mind so far:
#1: Please follow all rules [This goes for everyone; from MegaBossMan down to everyone with 0 BP]. #2: No cursing [completely censor the word (perhaps a list of baddies?)]. #3: Religious, political and/or sexuality debates and discussions aren't allowed. #4: No flaming. #5: Please don't make a thread for every achievement you accomplish [MetaKirb's Celebration Thread is for that]. #6: Unless it's important and relevant, you really shouldn't be double-posting [and you DEFINITELY shouldn't be triple-posting, and any unimportant quadruple-posting should instantly be considered spam/flooding]. #7: Don't create multiple accounts [anything past the 3rd account is just too much]. #8: Don't harass/bully other members.
If there's any other suggestions or opinions, please feel free to state them.

This thread, at the bottom, and Retro's thread which I plan to sticky. Seriously though, this stuff is common sense for a community, how do people not know this? Don't do things you shouldn't and you'll be good. As for these rules, I'd like to chip in a bit.
1. Of course. 2. Of course. 3. These debates should never come up on a Mega Man site. 4. Common sense. 5. This needs to be sung. 6. Of course, although RP is an exception. 7. AAAAActually, while more than three accounts is a bit too much, yes, they're needed for bug-testing. Now, if you have 20 different accounts, that's too much. 8. And common sense.
