Attack Creator is the attack-only version of the old, finished Make-a-Moveset post. Instead of making just one character, here you can make one OR MORE attack(s).

Here is my first set based on the Mega Man: Powered Up attacks that are unused:
Attack Name:Giga Cutter Weapon Energy:5 Weapon Type:Cutter Power:12 Damage Accuracy:88% Speed:4 Range:Selectable Description:The user pulls out a giant, circular-cutting Rolling Cutter and throws it at the Target. The target takes twice of the damage caused by 1 normal Rolling Cutter hit.
Attack Name:Icicle Fall Weapon Energy:5 Weapon Type:Freeze/Impact Power:26 Damage Accuracy:96% Speed:4 Range:All Opponents Description:The user drops Icicles on the opposing team, causing the same amount of damage that comes from the Ice Slasher.
Attack Name:Fire Snake Weapon Energy:5 Weapon Type:Flame/Swift Power:24 Damage Accuracy:95% Speed:4 Range:All Opponents Description:The user sends out a fiery snake that burns through all opponents with twice the damage of Fire Storm, and works similar to Gemini Laser.
Attack Name:Super Earthquake Weapon Energy:5 Weapon Type:Impact/Earth Power:14 Damage Accuracy:95% Speed:4 Range:In Front Description:The user summons an earthquake to damage the target and lower it's accuracy.
As you can tell, these 4 attacks are powerful, but they come with a cost: It takes 5 weapon energy to use. That's half your weapon energy, which means you can only do this twice without recharging or using Weapon Energy refills, like Weapon Tanks. You can also make weapons based on Mega Man X, Mega Man Battle Network, and other Mega Man game series...es. Or you can make CUSTOM weapons, like Rising Cutter was... I think. But ensure they are a part of a Mega Man game or your own, NEVER one from another game. (Unless people are allowed to use content from Street Fighter X Mega Man, which IDK why they don't use.)

Omega Boost Weapon Energy: 10 (becomes 2 if Retro Pikachu is using it) Weapon Type: Electric/Shadow Power: - Accuracy: - Speed: 3 Range: Self Description: The user boosts all stats by 500%. The user gains an HP bug; losing 5% of their maximum HP every turn. Shadow Robots only lose 2% of their maximum HP every turn.
Attack Name: Dark World Grab Weapon Energy: 8 Weapon Type: Shadow Power: - Accuracy: 40% Speed: (Unsure) Range: In Front Description: The user reaches to grab the opponent. If attack lands, opponent and team are pulled into the Dark World. The user becomes invincible to damage for 3 turns, after which both teams return to the normal stage.

Here is my take on Drill Man's true weapon, the Drill Bomb:
Attack Name:Drill Bomb Weapon Energy:3 Weapon Type:Earth and Explode Power:4 Damage Accuracy:90% Speed:4 Range:In front Description:The user launches an explosive drill that digs into the target and explodes, causing damage that's half of the Drill Blitz.
And these are based off of Street Fighter X Mega Man:
Attack Name:Mine Sweeper Weapon Energy:4 Weapon Type:Explode Power:16 Damage Accuracy:96% Speed:4 Range:In front Description:The user lobs a mine at the target, which explodes on target and causes damage.
Attack Name:Yoga Inferno Weapon Energy:4 Weapon Type:Flame Power:10 Damage Accuracy:95% Speed:4 Range:In front Description:The user fires a line of fire at the target, burning the opponent.
Attack Name:Aegis Reflector Weapon Energy:4 Weapon Type:Crystal and Copy Power:Varies Accuracy:Varies Speed:Varies Range:Varies Description:The user uses the reflector to copy the attack that last hit the user and then fires it with double power. The copied weapon replaces this attack.
Attack Name:Hadoken Weapon Energy:2 Weapon Type:Neutral Power:24 Damage Accuracy:100% Speed:4 Range:In Front Description:The user charges a ball of energy for one turn, then launches an energy blast that does twice the damage of the buster shot.
Attack Name:Tropical Hazzard Weapon Energy:4 Weapon Type:Nature and Impact Power:60 damage Accuracy:94% Speed:4 Range:Selectable target Description:The user summons a watermelon that stays there until kicked to produce massive damage.
Attack Name:Soul Satellite Weapon Energy:4 Weapon Type:Shadow and Shield Power:- Accuracy:- Speed:- Range:User Description:The user summons 2 orbs to shield itself with for a turn. If used again, it will lengthen the protection.
Attack Name:Optic Laser Weapon Energy:4 Weapon Type:Laser Power:12 damage Accuracy:100% Speed:4 Range:Selectable target Description:The user fires a laser at the target, causing damage.
Attack Name:Lightning Kick Weapon Energy:6 Weapon Type:Impact Power:20 damage Accuracy:100% Speed:9 Range:In front Description:The user charges at the opponent, causing damage on impact up to 3 times.
Attack Name: Shadow Copy Strike Weapon Energy:5 Weapon Type:Shadow and Copy Power:39 Accuracy:100% Speed:9 Range:In front Description:The user makes 4 copies of themselves, then rushes the opponent, causing the damage amount 5 times.
Also, there should be a little thing at the bottom right of your comment box saying "Show Formatting Options". It's a great way to quickly find and learn the format that you want on your comment.
Here's an attack based on the move Transform from Pokemon:
Attack Name:Shapeshift Weapon Energy:8 Weapon Type:Copy Power:- Accuracy:100% Speed:4 Range:In front, but only affects user. Description:The user shape-shifts, transforming into the robot that is in front of the user and replacing their moves with the robot copied. It will still keep it's stats, type, weaknesses, resistances, affinities, and immunities. When used by an opponent, it can also be scanned as the robot that used it.
