I'm that guy. From 10/16/2014.

Welcome to my humble abode of a profile.

Formerly Mikey76500 until 10/2/2014 [MegaBossMan thought that I needed a name with less numbers in it].
Basically your friendly neighborhood neurotic of a MM fan; Weird as hell, but, still, very nice to get along with [mostly].
My theme is the "Rock It" theme from "Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back", PS1, because, deep inside, I *AM* a mad genius at work.
My actual first name is Michael [duh].
My birthday's on September 11 [NO, I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ***THAT***], 1988, making me 26.
My all-time favorite MM game is "Mega Man 8" [for the graphics, challenge and RM personalities; THEY ACTUALLY TALK].
My all-time HATED MM game is "Mega Man X7", for the gameplay and horrible camera controls. Also, Axl sucks.
I'll likely never play MM's 9 or 10, because Capcom was too **** lazy to make a MM Classic game that wasn't in 8-bit and had more than 8 RM's.
Why Bright Man as my Prototype Avatar? Come find me in the Chat and ask me.

Official MM games that I've played and beaten:
Mega Man 1 [Anniversary Collection, Gamecube]
Mega Man Powered Up [Playstation Portable]
Mega Man 2 [Anniversary Collection, Gamecube]
Mega Man 3 [Anniversary Collection, Gamecube]
Mega Man 4 [Anniversary Collection, Gamecube]
Mega Man 5 [Anniversary Collection, Gamecube]
Mega Man 6 [Anniversary Collection, Gamecube]

Mega Man Zero 3 [Zero Collection, Nintendo DS]
Mega Man Star Force: Leo [Nintendo DS]
Mega Man Star Force 2: Zerker x Ninja [Nintendo DS]
Mega Man Star Force 3: Black Ace [Nintendo DS]

Official MM games I've played, but, haven't beaten:
Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge [Game Boy]
Mega Man Legends [Playstation 1, Never owned it, but used to play it at the house of an old friend back when I was a teen; Extremely forgettable and boring, and the art style is almost as bad as Powered Up's.
Mega Man X7 [Playstation 2, Gameplay sucks too hard for me to care.]
Mega Man Zero 4 [Zero Collection, Nintendo DS, Weil is insanely difficult, even for me.]

In my opinion,

MM8 > MM4 > MM5 > MM1 > MM6 >>> MM7 >>>>>> MM2 >>>>>>>>>>>> MM3

MMX4 > MMX3 > MMX2 > MMX5 > MMX6 > MMX1 >>>>>>>>>>>> MMX7

MMZ1 >>>>>>>>>>>> MMZ2 > MMZ3 >>>>>>>>>>>> MMZ4

MMBN2 > MMBN1 >>> MMBN6 > MMBN3 > MMBN4 > NT > MMBCC >>>>>> MMBN5

MMSF3 > MMSF2 > MMSF1

Classic, X and SF > BN >>>>>> Zero >>>>>>>>>>>> Legends

---my Prototype milestones timeline---

[Keep in mind that I signed up for this site on 9/6/2014. Special thanks to MegaBossMan for showing me how to post these. xD]

9/8/2014:
and so it begins...

9/10/2014:
W00t!

9/13/2014:
xD

...also on 9/13:
up there with the biggest of the big kids, now.....

9/15/2014:
are you still a newbie if you rack up 9 figures in **10 days**?

9/16/2014:
You ever hear the joke about the new guy that got his first quarter of a billion BP in less than 11 days? xP

9/18/2014:
2 milestones broken here at once: 500,000,000 and Top 25. Not shabby at all for someone who hasn't even been here 2 weeks, yet.

9/19/2014:
Top 20 in just under 14 days. I can't help but feel that I have WAY too much free time on my hands.....

...and a few hours later:
Roger that. I DO have too much time on my hands. x)

9/20/2014:
Top 15. It would seem that it only gets harder from here, though...

9/21/2014:
Roger that. DEFINITELY getting harder to climb. *rolls up sleeves*.....in other news, 5 billion BP in under 16 days.

...later that night:
Top 10. Those are some daunting scores, but, just watch. One day.....

9/22/2014:
2 milestones at once: 10 billion BP and 9th place. I also have over 1/2 the Stars; almost 600, to be exact.

9/23/2014:
In 8th, now. That tko fella and I were in a 3-hour long battle for it. I must've won At LEAST 40 Player battles. IN A ROW. But, I did it. Now, I just have to make sure I KEEP it, which is hard when you're in amongst the best.....

later that night:
I had just over 20 billion at the time I found this. Let the man have his dreams. :P

9/24/2014:
2 more milestones at once; 25 billion BP and 7th place. Now, the true climb begins...I have to TRIPLE this just to reach 6th, and at the same time, make sure that Toastman, tko and CopyCat don't sneak up on me. This is my greatest test, yet, but, I'm up for the challenge; I already have 25 billion; getting another 50 won't kill me.....I hope.

9/27/2014:
I have them all. Finally. And I did it without a list. I've confirmed it with MegaBossMan: After TailsMk4, Shadownnico, MegaBossMan and NemoCadaei, in that order, I'm only the 5th person in Prototype history to have accomplished this insanely demanding feat. With all 16 non-Copy/Laser/Neutral/Shield elements powered up as high as they can go for now, all that remains to do is see how much farther I can climb from 7th. I know full well that the Big 3 will not make it easy for me to get up there, but, I have too much determination and stubbornness inside me to let even them stop me. I have the knowledge to do it, I have the smarts to do it, and now, I finally have the **power** to do it; All that remains, now, is to DO it.

9/28/2014:
In 6th, now, but, I'm not even gonna pretend that this is permanent. Everyone in the top 10 is active as of this Milestone post, and, quite frankly, nothing is guaranteed when you're in amongst people with maxed out bots up the wazoo. HOPEFULLY, I won't be overtaken, but, I'm not holding my breath; I'd rather not suffocate. xD

9/29/2014:
100 billion BP. It's worth mentioning that those are the actual total BP of everyone in the top 6. Only Adrian--and maybe Boss, and possibly Tails, as well--would be able to fully explain why those ellipses show up the way they do. Still, though, 12 figures in less than 24 days. Not bad for a newbie. I told BtMan and Shadownnico in the chat today that I finally acquired the 'ellipsis of legend'. I'm hopelessly stupid, sometimes. :P

9/30/2014:
Top 5. Lemme make one thing clear about my passing Shadow, though: More than anyone else I've passed so far, Shadow's the one I regret passing most. Why? Because my passing him wasn't so much due to my BP collecting as it was due to a tragic and unfortunate loss for Shadow concerning one of his Robots. That loss that caused him to lose interest in his BP total entirely until he saw me climbing the top 10 as fast as I have. You can bet he won't take this overtake sitting down, so, I'll reserve my celebrating until I'm far enough ahead. By the way, I'd explain the demise of his Robot here, but, I couldn't do it justice. Ask him about it; it's way more eye-opening and sad the way he explains it. My apologies, Shadow.

10/1/2014:
200 billion BP. I'm kinda speechless at this. This was accomplished in a little under 25 days. 25 days of the most hardcore playing I've ever done in a fangame in my life, and the fruits of my labor are starting to show. It's worth mentioning now that my goal isn't to try to make an embarrassment or mockery of anyone's hard work at this game, but, only to try to see what *I* can accomplish. That's the whole point of this timeline..........but, the Big 3 aren't gonna care about any of that sentimentalism, nor will Shadow and FemaleForte, for that matter, so, no time to be melancholy and sad and flashback-ish this time; I have a star to attain.

a few hours later:
In 4th. Needless to say, I'm standing on the precipice of immortality. The true struggle begins right now. The most ferocious female player in Prototype history and the 3 most seemingly uncatchable titans in Prototype history all likely have me in their sights, ready to stop me from getting that star by any means legitimately possible. From here on out, it can be nothing short of full steam ahead--Tails won't succumb to anything less, and neither will Boss. *deep breath*...wish me luck; I'll likely need some.

and a few hours after that:
This is Prototype's front page, highlighting the star of the show, Prototype, and a bit of it's background. Most of the text is Adrian talking, really. :P Also, it highlights who the 3 top scorers are and.....what's that?.....no, this isn't a photoshop or an edit. I'm in 3rd. No, seriously. I managed to overtake Rhythm, but, there's still Boss and Ta--uhhh, Tails and Boss, who, in their effort to keep overtaking each other, keep trying to pull away from me, as well. I did say that full steam ahead was required to overtake either of these 2, and that they weren't gonna succumb to anything less. It's time to roll the tires and light the fires. Do I have what it takes? Only one way to find out.

10/3/2014:
First Milestone under my new name, ThatGuyNamedMikey; 300 billion BP. SO close, yet SO far away. Boss and Tails like to 1-up each other a lot, and well, I've had to work harder for it, but, that's all right. It'll all be worth it soon. Very soon. The Star of Immortality is too close to let it fly away from me, now. I'm already the ultimate beginner's story; from 0 to 300,000,000,000 in just under 28 days. But, that's the cake, and I'm too close to putting the icing on it to stop. Must. Keep. Going.....

a few hours later:
HA! IT'S OVER, BOSS! I. AM. IMMORTAL!
...OK, not REALLY immortal, but, this seals the deal. If there was any doubt, before, it's permanently erased, now. From worst to first, from bottom to top, from 0 to 346,000,000,000 in under a month? Unheard of. Unimaginable. Inconceivable...until now. Starting today, there is no longer a Big 3 consisting of MegaBossMan, TailsMK4 and Rhythm_BCA; It is now a Big *4*, consisting of MegaBossMan, TailsMK4, Rhythm_BCA and THAT GUY NAMED MIKEY. I am now an eternal legend as well, forever going down in the annals of Prototype history for one of the fastest-ever climbs up the leaderboard.
By the way, the names are different because Boss had an idea about halloweeny names. I thought of 'ThatGhostNamedMikey', but, there's a limit of 18 characters max in your name, so, the 'y' had to go, for now. Anyway, this'll likely be the last milestone for a while. What other milestones will I cover? I'll let you know when I cover them. For now, though, I'm gonna bask in my immortality; the immortality that someone said I wouldn't get. *coughcoughBosscoughcoughcough*

10/13/14:
This is why I hate going to the bathroom, sometimes. You take one small 6-7 minute bathroom break, and the next thing you know, you find out that Tails is online and has gone from being 16 billion behind you to 2.5 billion behind you in lightning speed, *and closing*. This is definitely a milestone....for Tails. He was the first to 400 billion, officially, and--being the gracious loser I am (most times)--I thought I'd capture the moment as proof. Tails hasn't even mentioned this in his profile, yet, but, I'm pretty sure that'll change at some point, even for someone as docile as Tails. In fact, I'm allowing Tails to borrow this link, and use it on his profile as proof, so long as *I* get credit for the pic; it is mine :P. I'll tell you this much, though: Better tails than Boss; I'd have never heard the end of it if it was Boss. Whew. ...and here's me breaking 400 billion. I got so down after finding out that Tails got me last night that I stopped at 397 billion like an idiot and left the door open for Boss. This is OK, though. This means one thing: Boss got his 3 milestones--100 billion, 200 billion and 300 billion--and Tails got his milestone at 400 billion; it's only a matter of time before I get my first 12-figure milestone. Just watch.....

3/6/15:
Yesterday (and today, really) has been one heckuva day. I had to harken back to the days when I first came to Prototype to pull off what I decided I was going to pull off today; a quartet (quintet, actually) of epic milestone breaks.
Milestone #1? Today marks 6 solid months of my being a member of Prototype. Crazy, considering all the things I've done in that span. #2? As you can see, I'm the first to break 500 billion BP officially (though, really, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Tails was being a nice guy and letting me have it; thanks again, Tails). #3? I'm the first to complete 2,000 Missions, which equates to almost 2/3 of the total number of available missions in this 8/30/14 version of Prototype.
The 4th and 5th milestones are quite special, indeed, though, I've not only SURPASSED MegaBossMan's Player Battle rating (which was 2,497 when this post was made), but, I'm ALSO officially the first to have a PB rating of at least 2,500. It's astonishing to think that I've done all this in 6 months. Mind-boggling, really. A LOT of dedication and perseverance was needed to do everything I've accomplished; Boss and Tails will be the first to tell you that making the extra effort in this game pays off in dividends. So? Go on. Go get all the Star Force. Go complete 2,000 Missions. Go do all of that, and then some; if an idjit like me can do it, why can't you?

I'm also the 5th member of the "1024 club" [you must have all 1,024 Star Force to join]:

Current Members:
#1: TailsMK4
#2: Shadownnico
#3: MegaBossMan
#4: NemoCadaei
#5: ThatGuyNamedMikey
#6: FatihXX
#7: Air Man ga Taosena
#8: TheDoc
#9: Meta
#10: TobyJoey
#11: AlphaShurikenGSXR
#12: Uraccountcrashed
#13: ThatOneEnderMan

Finally, It's also worth mentioning that I have...

...all 38 currently unlockable robots,
...all my robots at Level 100,
...99 of all HP and weapon energy items [including Yashichis],
...the all-time highest Mission completion total [over 2,000 and counting],
...the distinction of being the first of 2 people to have the 1st place Star without having ANY maxed out robots [TheDoc is the 2nd person],
...the distinction of having went from 0 BP to over 346 billion BP in under 29 days [THE fastest known climb from 0 up the leaderboards in known Prototype history],
...and, really, the distinction of just being that guy named Mikey. :P
