Hello I just saw a bug on my robot profile. I trying to level him up but when I try to look his level then it's still level 21

Did he actually level up in game? If he levels up in game, then it should show it did on the profile. It sounds like you didn't level Proto Man up and checked the profile, thinking it leveled up? Please further explain.
