Can't go to mission select

I'm not able to go to any character's mission select screen, with it usually making the selected character's bar wossname up at the top, but not actually continuing. Once, it continued to a completely empty mission screen, shown in the image. The only change I made before this started was trying to send my Crash Man from Dr. Wily to Dr. Light in order to gather his stars.

Augh this image linking confuses me

EDIT: All the tabs were like that.

EDIT 2: After a few tries it loaded properly. I'm going to see if I can recreate it later.
