CHAOS_FANTAZY (Known as CF or Chaos for short) has been a fan of Mega Man since 2010, when he met Mega Man in Super Mario Bros. Crossover. Since then, he has purchased just about every Mega Man Classic game, and beaten all of them.

Some of CHAOS's favorite Robot Masters include Time-Man, Quick-Man, Snake-Man, Shade-Man, Slash-Man, and Sword-Man. His favorite character is supposedly Proto Man, but Roll takes a very close second, allegedly due to her "vast wells of untapped potential." His favorite series is Mega Man Classic, of course.

Were he asked to list his primary interests, his response would probably be "Storytelling, Game Design, and Mega Man."

CHAOS has engaged in multiple Mega Man-related projects across the Internet. He has helped with various fanmade content for Mega Man 8-Bit Death Match, including attempted heads of two different expansion packs that sadly failed. He was the head scriptor for two fangames that have ultimately landed dead in the water, Mega Man Disharmony and Mega Man: Infamous Intent.

He has engaged in design of multiple Mega Man fan characters and stories, the most notable of which is Mega Man Malversation. Its primary features include elevating Roll to a position of power, Robot Masters designed to be unique and interesting to battle, and its own antagonist, Dr. Coda. He claims that making Mega Man Malversation a true video game is definitely something he wants to do in his life.

He is a confirmed backer for Mighty Number Nine, under the name "Mighty No. 35340," and he regrets it dearly.
