Adrian Edit on 2019/01/31 - This thread started as a bug report (I think) but ended up turning into a roleplay thread or at the very least an art project. Sorry but I gotta lock it now.

News Flash, at the intro, the Mets dropped 3 Netural Shards! But bosses no luck.

I stand corrected. I used Fire Man on Bomb Man's Stage and suddenly an Explode Core. Mega Man and Proto Man must have the problem...
The Finishing Blow:
Player Fire Man used Fire Storm on Bomb Man.
It's super effective!

Death of Bomb Man:
Bomb Man was disabled!
Fire Man was victorious!

The Sudden Core:
Yes! The disabled Bomb Man dropped an Explode Core!
The No Core Drop issue has been debunked!

Double stand corrected. Mega Man has got 2 Explode Cores from Bomb Man and Napalm Man! Also got 2 new cores, Wind and Missile! Also regained old cores, Earth, Electric, and Flame! Also, the Netural Shards fused into a Netural Core!

First off, triple post and all of this could just be in the main post, not posts to the thread as well.
Second, what is the bug? You put a lot of effort into these visuals but I still have no idea what the bug is? Could you give a tl;dr without any visuals or anything, just a straight explanation?

The bug was enemies couldn't drop Type Shards/Cores for a while. It happened to me randomly and just been cured.

It... .just sounds like you had some bad luck with cores? It is a 50% for you to get a core from killing an enemy, so it just sounds like you had a string of bad luck rather than a bug actually occurring? No bug occurred at all it sounds like, man.
