You gotta swap fields around and keep track of which ones you have using the "view game" tab, and then clicking "stars". They update when you hit refresh after you collect the star.
I mean, I COULD be wording this wrong, but that's how I keep track of stars. Also, Starforce Grinding is going to put quite the toll on your patience, so I suggest that you do it when you have a lot of free time.

@Enderman245 : i awaken from the dead to make this one post this is all i'm doing so don't get your jimmies in a whirly > Home Screen > Side bar with all the tabs for everything > Players > Player Fields > Click on any of those fields > Swap them. Or: > Home screen, side bar, players > Player Fields > you see the two buttons in the bottom right corner that say "shuffle" and "randomize"? > click either one for F A N T A S T I C results then afterwards of either of these two methods, go to chapter 2 or 4 boom ya did it good job
@Enderman245 : Alright so in the side bar that has the home, shop, robots, players, and so on tab, click the players tab. You may have to complete Final Destination III in chapter 5 first, so if you haven't done that, do that. Then you may be able to move player fields around.
@Enderman245 : First off, please don't double post. The edit button is there, man. Now,
Huh. That must be something from the last update. What I believe you have to do is get all field stars that you can get right now without changing your fields, so all field stars for Light, Wily, and Cossack (8+8+8=24), and all the fusion stars for all three doctors (24+4+4+4=36). That is a bit of a weird mechanic, to be honest. Didn't know it even existed at a lock away for chapter five until now.
