He could, at least potentially. That power source he's using is a base form of starforce, but much more unstable.
Only robots like us and the master could contain that kind of power. The Master is probably helping him contain it, seeing how Wily couldn't even do it with Bass.
Actually, that makes me think....Tails, capture Proto Man. I want to check out this entire world from behind the scenes, maybe put some puzzle pieces together....

I would like to give a brief description of the "alert in danger mode." Retro Pikachu will shut down his systems to heal somewhat quickly, but activate a 10 mile radius radar. If an enemy signature is detected, then Retro Pikachu will power on his systems for battle.

I got several readings nearby, but only one is powerful.

*All of the robot masters attack, but he quickly stops them with a Thunder Beam*

Oof! So this is what Mega Man had to deal with...
...Mega Man was a weakling! His destruction by Enker was rightly deserved, though the way Enker did it was...ruthless. I prefer to give my opponents a much...cleaner destruction, if you know what I mean.
Then my worries with Mega Man were confirmed. He sacrificed himself to see what we were up against.
...A sacrifice? I can respect that...but enough talk. If I don't see the full extent of your power, then this battle will end. I want to know why the Master has so much interest in you when Enker, Retro Pikachu, and I are already too powerful for the robots in this world.
I suppose I got no choice then. Just give me a moment to charge up my ultimate attack...

*Proto Man starts charging up*

No! Proto Man, don't do it! You might not survive if you use that attack!

BTW, I can't do more with Sargent Man, BtMan, and Ninja Man until Spinstrike puts up another post based on the bombardment of missiles all over TOPHOUND.

Welp, since Btman's characters' sudden appearance in my plot just put me on the spot lol, I'm gonna have to wrap this fight up.

NOTE: This post does say cuss once. When I listen to the music while writing in this thread, I really get into it so bear with me :). However, I've secreted the cuss word out, so i hope that helps. Anyways...

*cracks fingers*

*masses of Sakugarnes silhouettes start raining on top of Ballade, turning into black explosions as they hit.
Ballade swiftly dodges most of them, but can't help but get grazed by a couple, which in turn makes them explode.*
*Quint takes a moment to cool down... *
GYAAH!....Dang it, I gotta get up; this is my chance!
*Ballade holds his cracker cannons out (the ones on his arms) and grows two more out of his shoulders.*
Um, I definitely don't remember these before.....which means Quint doesn't either, heheh!
*Ballade opens fire* Pitiful, Ballade! More doesn't mean better!
*Quint spins his Sakugarne in front of him rapidly to create a shield that blocks the crackers and even their explosions...however...*
W-WHAT IS THIS!? *Only the purple parts of the crackers had exploded; some of the small white cups on the sides
had flown through the shield and stuck onto Quint.
More may not mean better, but different can EASILY mean better! *Ballade snaps his fingers, and the white particles explode.*....Ballade....run...NNNNNNNRGH!!
If we both give it all we've got, Quint, justice WILL prevail! Fight with me! Come on, Quint!
NNNNNRGH NO! This ends NOW!
[*Ballade smiles* Damn right it does. *He takes out a cracker and puts it in a compartment
in his chest, where various circuits begin feeding it energy.*]{explode_flame}
Here comes the hard part: letting it charge. Dust Man, can you get Pharaoh Man out of here? And, uh, sorry about your home.
Why are you sorry, Ballad? I don't see anything wrong...

Okay, Ballad!....Oopsies, I can't. Something blocking me.
No one's going ANYWHERE! Now DIE, BALLADE! *Quint throws Sakugarne into the air, which comes down 20x bigger and jumps after Ballade.*
*Ballade narrowly leaps out of the way of the first hop, but Megagarne gains so much ground with each leap, it's all Ballade can do to
keep from getting crushed. Meanwhile, Quint is staying away from the rampage...*
*thinks to self* (So predictable. Quint is remotely CONTROLLING the killer pogo stick, it's all Quint can to do to maintain control!)
*Ballade leaps again, this time towards Quint. Quint smirks and morphs his arms into two busters, firing a volley of dark plasma shots from each.*
UMPH! *Ballade is caught off-guard and sent sprawling into a nearby junk pile. All seems lost...until Ballade's chest
starts to shine.*
For justice. *Ballade takes the shining cracker from his chest and throws it at....Megagarne? The pogo stick explodes in a
massive blast and sends Quint, Dust Man and Pharaoh Man flying into the junk.*

*The music stops*

Quint is the first one to get up, helping a weary Dust Man and a still unconscious Pharaoh Man out of the junk. He limps over to Ballade's immobile body when...

Dust Man sucks up the three of them and teleports out...
