Well, I guess I will step in with my contribution to the Very Mediocre year of 2015 (From the perspective of your's truly{ Prototype Edition yes, the long title is necessary

Early 2015: I'm not sure, I was gone for a long time

Mid 2015: I arrived to the scene and contributed (kinda) with drawing a few PCR Bots, then the Depressing, Melancholic, Dreadful, Terrible, Horrendous, inactivity Act quite literally, for a fraction of this year, the Prototype was devoid of life. Also, BT and Mega happened, I think,

Late 2015: Yes! Time to talk about me! I starred in a 20Q segment, I actually created a sprite for the first time, I created a Wiki page. That was really it though. Well, like I said earlier, 2015 was quite mediocre, well, Happy New Year.
[Actually, not so happy, as a majority of us are students, so we go back to our daily suffering in a few days]

Dr. Wily's Invasion Act II

Player(s): dr-light Dr. Light dr-cossack Dr. Cossack

Story: In order to power up his own robots, Dr. Wily decides it would be best to steal the parts from Dr. Light and Dr. Cossack, leaving them with nothing. The two Doctors decide to team up to get back what was stolen from them!

This "game" would play similarly to the first entry, However, the robots' stats will differ depending on who controls them (similar to MMRPG). For example, robots controlled by Dr. Light are more sturdy, while robots controlled by Dr. Cossack are faster

Remember this thread? Well, in accordance of the flood of forum activities, I'm bringing this back out! Now you can draw any Robot, fan-made or not, and post it. Here.

So, to explain Desert Man. His helmet is a cactus, and his head hos fashioned like a Cactupsy, with thorns protruding from the cactus. The body, feet, and shoulders have a wavy pattern as the pattern shown in sand at the beach or in a desert, shoulders also with thorns. And like his .EXE Counterpart, his hand come up from the sand and drag the opponent downwards for his Weapon. I got ideas for him from the Cactupsy enemy and DessertMan.EXE

I have yet another, strange entry to the thread
Dr. Wily's invasion

Story:
In order to upgrade his robots, Dr. Wily steals all of Dr. Light's parts from the lab one night. All of Dr. Light's robots are gone, even Mega Man. Now it's Dr. Light's turn in the limelight!

I believe the best way to decsribe this would be a Metroidvania styled game in which Dr. Light has to travel around the Robot Masters' territory to collect different kinds of materials to create robots to protect him and take down the Robots Wily stole from him.

In order to construct a Robot, it requires an Engine, a Memory chip, and a Core, the available Robots include:

The Fighting Genre just hit this Thread, so here's the newest entry, Mega Kick based on Drop Kick

Mega Kick uses only two Buttons for Gameplay, there's no ability to move, so the two inputs are divided in two categories
Dive- The user launches him/herself into the air, this input usually is only used to avoid enemy attacks,
Kick- The user's attack, the input usually can only be used in the air

I don't really know how to describe it, but here's Tamagotchi Mecha

Dr. Wily was working in his lab working on creating the Newest and most powerful Mechas. Meanwhile, an infant Mettaur sits in a corner of the lab, collecting dust, the infant, feeling Jealousy over the new model, turns to Dr. Light in order to be at his highest potential.

The Game involves raising a Mettaur in order to fight against the new Mechas, there's 4 actions the Mettaur can do
Treasure -Search the Lab for any Bolts and Stat Capsules for the Mettaur to use later, items include:
-Attack/LE Capsule- Raises either Attack or LE by 1
-Bolts- Feed to the Met to keep Hunger at a higher %
-Score Ball- Raise Attack and LE by 1, but decreases Happiness
-Helmet- Raise LE by 2, but decreases Attack by 1
-Pacifier- Boosts happiness by 40%
Shot -Practice shooting skills in the Lab, has 20% chance to boost attack
Play -Play with the other robots in the Lab, one of the only ways to boost Happiness
Raise -Give the Mattaur Stat Capsules and other items here, The Met's starting stats are:
LE: 2 [How much you can withstand]
Attack: 1 [How much Damage you can inflict in battle]
Happiness: 30% [Measures Met's mood, higher % means Met will be happier and Find more treasure, low % means opposite]
Hunger: 50% [Affects Attack and Happiness either in a good or bad way, feed the Mettaur Bolts to keep the % up]
After completing enough actions, the Mettaur will battle one of the Mechas in its own stage, after fighting all of the Mechas, you will fight Wily

Playable: mettool -A Mettaur in its early state and never goes anywhere without its pacifier, after Wily started to create new mechas, it started to collect dust and Jealousy towards Dr. Wily, after raising it with enough care, it can be upgraded to either a Picket Man or Sniper Joe.

Mecha 1: gabyboal Super Gabyboal: Battle after completing 15 actions
LE: 3 Attack: 2
Attacks by Quickly Sliding

Mecha 2: batton Dracula Batton: Battle after completing 30 actions
LE: 9 Attack: 3
Attacks by Draining LE out of target

Mecha 3: fan-fiend Whirlwnd Fiend: Battle after completing 30 actions
LE: 15 Attack: 1
Attacks by blowing Wind at the Target, does damage over time

Mid Boss: bass Bass: Battle after Beating Whirlwind Fiend
LE: 16 Attack: 4
Attacks by shooting Bursts of Solar Energy at the Target

-After Beating Bass, you now have the Option to Upgrade the Mettaur into Either a Picket Man or Sniper Joe, well, it's more like a Suit the Met controls

Sniper Joe Suit: Increases current Attack by 50%, has Faster Shots, and now has a 30% Chance to Raise attack by 2 from the 'Shot' actioon

Picket Man Suit: Increases current LE by 50%, throws Pickaxes for Projectiles, and gets more items from the 'Treasure' action

Mecha 4: flea Tick: Battle after completing 30 actions
LE: 20 Attack: 6
Attacks by Bashing into the Target

Mecha 5: mega-man Perfect Copy Robot: Battle by completing 40 Actions
LE: 28 Attack: 7
Has the Same attack the Player has

Mecha 6: dr-wily Decoy Bot: Battle by completing 60 actions
LE: 30 Attack: 5
Attacks by Bashing into the Target

After Defeating the Mechas, Dr. Wily arrives at the Lab for Battle

Wily now bags for mercy like when he was defeated by Mega Man, the infant Mettaur spares him, but stays at Dr. Lights Lab

Epilogue: The Mettaur now helps Dr. Light at the lab, but has now grown up into an Adult, but Wily is still at his dimly lit Lab, working on new ways to Defeat Light's new assistant, he can only think of one, rebuild Light's robots and use them to defeat the Met*

Better get this out of the way before I accidentally lose the file,
New and improved Blossom Woman

I liked your idea of Blossom Woman's design being based of a Cherry Blossom, so I added "hair" that looks like a Cherry Blossom, and instead of vines spouting from her shoulders (like I first intended) I added Branches with Blossoms at the end, I got her not facing the 4th wall, so that's a start.

Oh! I can write the story, I don't think I could enter the RP, though. *Ahem*

It was 203X, Mr. X collapsed on the floor, only protected by a long abandoned and rusted Centaur Man, who was somehow even able to operate after 30 years of inactivity, standing before him was Dr. Wily, who just now ordered Quick Man to attack Mr. X and nearly destroy Centaur Man, Dr. Wily somehow programmed his robots to surpass the rules of robotics, as a normal Robot would usually Deactivate from hearing those commands in order to prevent them from harming Humans, Mr. X had his laboratory Vandalized by Dr. Wily, as every robot Mr. X ever worked on were now in the hands of Wily, exept for the broken down Centaur Man, who Wily felt was useless to him
"Wily, how could you do this? What made you decide to attack my laboratory?" Mr. X could barely even get up due to the severe injuries he suffered from Quick Man's Boomerang
"I never really enjoyed that you never invited me to the Robot tournaments, Mr. X, but this Tournament is the straw that broke the camel's back!" Wily glanced at the list of Professers invited to the most recent tournament and sighed in anger "100 robots as a prize is quite a lot, and you don't invite a Professer as talented as I am, yet you invite such Professers as Dr. Marceau?"
Mr. X finally got back on his knees, wincing in pain, "You know how rare it is to get new Professers after the Roboenza Virus incedent of '0X, but that's besides the point, Wily, with 100 robots, you could possibly destroy this country, you destroyed the town with just six!"
"Just remember this, Old man, there's a town meeting at noon, if you don't announce to the town that I'm in the tournamemt, I'll finish you and your robots off!" Dr. Wily clenched his fist and left the scene in his Saucer, and the captured robots followed"

Hours later, at the meeting
"In just mere hours, the next major robot tournament shall take place!" Mr. X, who now recovered, stated at the podium "Let's announce the Veterans, Dr. Light, and Dr. Cossack!" the audience applauded as Dr. Light and Dr. Cossack walk up onto the stage "The newcomers will come up now, Dr. Marceau and Dr. Wily!" the Audience stayed silent, as the Evil Professer walked up the stage, Dr. Marceau wasn't in sight.
"Looks like Dr. Marcceau is running late," Dr. Light looked down at his watch
"Are you sure about that?" a voice from the sky was heard, and a noise similar to Wily's saucer was heard. "It is I, Dr. Marceau, with my Marceau Platter " The Marceau Platter was a flat ship designed to hold multiple robots, as the name suggests, the ship's shape was similar to a plate. Multiple robots, similar to past Robot Masters, were all deactivated on the Marceau Platter
"Hm, I don't think those robots should enter, Dr. Marceau, they look quite worn out" Dr. Light examined the creations
"That's where you're wrong, Dr. Light, these robots are part of my MTR (Marceau Testing Robots) series, I introduce:"
bright-man MTR-001: Michael- Star Excavation Robot
quick-man MTR-002: Boss- Law Enforcement Robot
bass MTR-003: Meta- Combat Training robot
ring-man MTR-004: Ender- Matter Transportation Robot
mega-man MTR-005: BT- Darkness Exploiting Robot
time-man MTR-006: Musical- Rhythm Sensing Robot
The audience started to applaud as Dr. Marceau introduced his first creations
"Oh, these Robots seem interesting," Wily stated as he examined MTR-006, a Broken down, Magenta colored Time Man and pushed it down as the other robots fell after it as if it was a stack of dominoes "That's quite Unfortunate, I guess your robots can't enter the tournament, so sad" Dr. Wily tried to hide his smile
"Oh God! My robots!" Dr. Marceau was standing before his fallen robots, the robots' frames were fragile, it seemed there was no hope for them
"Don't worry, Dr. Marceau, all robots are repaired before the Battle starts in order for a fair match, however, most of your Robots might be better off if you don't enter them in the tournament" Dr. Light examined MTR-001, Which was a Bright orange colored Bright Man, the Bulb was Shattered on the floor along with its Buster, which popped off the robot and was broken beyond repair, MTR-006's Body Shattered into multiple pieces as if it was made of Glass, and MTR-002's Boomerang shot off its head and sliced through its Core
"Well, looks like it's time," Mr. X looked down at his watch "This is now the start of the 1st Centurian Robotic tournament, may the odds be in your favor!"

Hm, there hasn't been much activity, so how about an entry based off a mobile game? Yes, it's Rockman 2: The Puzzle Battle*
*Just a reboot, not a sequel
If you never heard of Rockman: The Puzzle Battle, it's a Japanese only mobile game that used everything good in the Match-3 and RPG Genres to create a single entity that makes you forget about other Mega Man Puzzle Games that exist Rock Man Solitaire.

Tiles:
buster-shot Buster Tile: When matched, the user will shoot a solar shot doing damage to the enemy at a rate of 1 Damage per tile matched.

energy-pellet Defend tile: When matched, the User will guard and take reduced damage from the opponent's next attack at a rate of 0.5 per tile matched, effects can be stacked, but still only last for one atack. Doesn't work on fever moves.

water-core Core tile: Common tile to appear on the board, when matched, the user will summon a revolving shield around him/herself and when attacked, the user will take full damage, but the opponent takes 50% damage (s)he inflicted. Doesn't work on fever moves.

elec-man Fever Tile: Appears as often as Core tiles, when matched, the tiles will fill up the User's Weapon Energy, after matching enough (28) tiles, the user will automatically use his/her Fever move to inflict damage and/or Status affects onto the opponent.

I don't remember when, but I suggested that Mega/Proto/Bass busters be closer to their in-game counterpart for more variety such as:

proto-man Proto Buster - Proto buster has a base power of 49 instead of 32, needs t be charged, and lowers the user's base defense by, how 'bout 5 or 10%. 3 WE

mega-man Mega Buster - Mega Buster is fairly same, but if the User is charged with it and uses Buster Shot, it will fire a mid-sized buster shot, with a base power of 18 instead of 12. 2 WE

bass Bass Mach Buster - Bass Buster doesn't need to be charged, but it hits 5-8 times at a base damage of 5 per hit. 3 WE

OK, I've finished Lark Man! here he is

Now with better quality! Since Adrian describes Lark Man as being abandoned, his rockets are rusted, and instead of having an arm cannon, Lark Man would rotate his rockets to shoot projectiles and change flight direction, or at least how I picture it.

@Bt Man : I'm also Agreeing with Toby, but I think the Sukegarne should be kept as a weakness, since Quint uses it as a Pogo stick, and Pogo sticks are heavily affected by gravity. Aqua Man would have Quick Boomerang, as Aqua Man is designed like a water balloon, so a small, sharp object would pop him. Also Burner Man should have Tangu Blade as a weakness, heavy winds blow out fires (like in X1) and since wind blows out of the blade, it would work with Burner Man's pattern of dashing everywhere.

I know that this is Necroposting, but I just found another game that uses the name "Laser Man" called Rockmen R, so we might want to change Laser Man's name to avoid any issues, Laser Man looks like this

Hmm, with the Wild West theme and the sniper, it kinda reminds me of the Coltons from Tomahawk Man's Stage, even the hat's similar.
