The Megalocke is a Nuzlocke varient based on Mega Man, where you name everything after a mega man weapon. The first Pokemon you catch is a Buster, and can't die. You can catch one Pokemon and revive one dead Pokemon after each Gym Leader, but a Pokemon can't be revived twice. One box needs to be a Scrapyard box, for the Weapons that have only died once and can be revived, and another box called Mind Wipe, for all of the weapons the died after being revived. Along with those two, you need a third box called Adaptors/Items/Rush/Extras/Etc. and put your starter in there. After the first gym, you can use it. Adaptors don't die, but you can only use one at a time. All legendaries go into the adaptor box, along with your starter, Fossil Pokemon, stationary Pokemon and three extra adapters you get to catch with three of the gyms along with their weapons. When using an adapter, you put the Buster in the Adaptor Box. Think style changes from Battle Network. If your game has a lengthy post-game with many legendaries (EX:G/S/C/HG/SS for two regions, B2W2 AND ORAS fo the legendaries and oras' delta episode) then you can catch eight more weapons on your post-game journey.

I once tried nuzlocke where I named a Pokemon after a robot master. If I lost the Pokemon, I would have to play that stage Buster only. Guts Man Diggersby MVP!

Necropost time I guess.
So I'm starting a run on White and plan on making my own modded set of rules:
-I can use my buster along with my first weapon. (You don't get a starter just so you can box it, do you? It's called a STARTER for a reason.) -Stuff doesn't die. (When you die in a megaman game, does the weapon you used lose all of its WE automatically? NO, it doesn't.) -I'll start with Rush Coil, and get more supports as I beat more gyms. (Rush Marine from 3rd gym, Rush Jet from 6th gym) -If I get a weapon from a gym, it HAS to match that gym's type. (if there IS no primary type, I'll get a weapon from whatever type isn't there. (EG. I beta Blue's Gym in Soulsilver, I can get a Ground-type.)) -My Rival(s') Pokemon will also be named after weapons. -All legendaries in that game will be catchable. -I HAVE to have one buster, one support unit, and at least one weapon at all times when applicable. Adapters also count as busters.
PICK MY STARTER: -Leaf Shield (Snivy) -Atomic Crasher* (Tepig) -Salt Water (Oshawott)
