Note that Core limit should be changed to 99 instead of 999, we don't want too much grinding

Core defense benefit might be +10 instead of +5 to keep it from being too underwhelming.

Note that theoretical maximums for any given type wont be realized for several more years at the very least, so don't stress out too much if values need to be tweaked in the future.  :P
