Kind of like a Marvel vs. Capcom/Street Fighter/Ect. fighting game. Rules: 1. You can ADD characters, but in order for others, except me ("Developer" spoils :P), to play as them, you must purchase them with "DLC Points", which are earned from winning Player Battles or CPU Battles. 2. No cheating! Y… Read More

@Tobyjoey : *Sigh* You can't make spikes appear INSTANTLY anywhere. In fact, Ice Man shouldn't even KNOW Chill Spike. Hm. Come to think of it, he shouldn't even know Ice Wall, either.
... I am obviously not understanding something here. Fan characters can use different varieties of moves, but can standard characters only learn their moves? What version of the Chill Spike are you basing this off of, or does that not even matter?
@Tobyjoey : ...If Ice Man was allowed to use all Ice Core attacks, he would instantly be allowed to use an attack used by another person's fan character. Since MY character only knows the 2 Shadow Core moves in the Prototype, as well as having his own Buster, it's fair. Besides, you don't HAVE to use RM attacks. There's such thing as punch-and-kick combos.
Retro Pikachu purposely gets hit by both Shadow Blades, raising up his HYPER METER up a bit more, now at around 31% (formula below). Retro Pikachu fires off Retro Proto Strike to destroy the shield. My Take on Hyper Meter Formula (at least for Retro Pikachu): ([Recoil Hits] + (3 * [Times Hit]) + (5 * [Successful Attacks that do damage to opponent]))0.01
So...
(3 + (3*6) + (5*2))0.01 = 0.31 = 31%
3 recoil hits from hitting Skull Barrier Hit by 3 buster shots AND 3 shadow blades 1 Successful Wood Tower attack AND 1 Successful Lava Tower
Despite tanking a Shadow Blade, Retro Pikachu blissfully avoids the punches, but gets surprised by the kick. Knowing how his HYPER METER went up from 31% to 57%, he gets ready to hit Bt with a Retro Uppercut, then nail him with a drop kick.
With the Hyper- I mean, HYPER METER at 62%, Retro knows he can get ready to finish off his opponent soon, and fires off 3 Retro Proto Strikes to help build up that meter.
OOC: BtMan Stats: No Recoil Damage 8 Hits taken 8 Hits dealt
24 + 40 = 64%
ON WITH THE SHOW!With his HYPER METER at 67%, Retro Pikachu quickly begins to nail BtMan with a kick, then follow up with one of his new attacks he learned from Ryu: The Retro Hadouken! It's a fireball that generates double hyper meter to both parties (the one who's hit and the one who hit)
@Retro Pikachu : Sorry, no doubling the filling, that's a little too OP.Bt Man blocks the Retro Hadouken off with a Skull Barrier and throws it at Retro Pikachu.
