While I do appreciate the alacrity in the suggestion itself, game suggestions go in this thread. I understand that we all want to give our ideas as much attention as possible, and it's even more understandable since it tends to be human nature, but it's the fact that if we dedicated every idea to a thread, then.....Well, the Community would honestly become overclouded with threads that could fit easily into a post.

Now, as for the suggestion itself, it'd require it's fair share of work that could be used for actually updating the game itself. We'd also have a lot of things to consider, regarding how Leaderboard support would work. But above all else, MMRPG isn't a game like any other fan-game. It's more of an interactive simulator, and every action is similar to progressing through a page, for lack of a better metaphor. It's constantly interacting with a server to decide the outcome of every action, but we can't really do this nor can the game function if it were to be offline. As aforementioned, it'd be incredibly difficult to pull off just because of how much we'd have to restructure the game.

However, I should mention that I'm not commenting because of any ill-will and that I dislike an idea. Quite the contrary, an offline version of MMRPG would rock! It's just that as an Administrator, I do have consider the reasonable. Thanks for the suggestion, Metal Man, and we appreciate the fact that you're enjoying the game :D Next time though, it'd be great if you could send your suggestions here instead, instead of creating a thread for it. I am aware that thread is a bit wonky regarding post count, but it's been fixed in future versions of the Community so just ignore it for now. Thanks for reading.

These should answer all your questions, but if they don't, please feel free to ask in the respective threads or ask in the Chatroom, just make sure that while you're posting in the Community, you're not spamming or double-posting.

Hmm....That's certainly strange, and rather unprecedented, really. If you don't mind my asking, what browser are you using to play MMRPG? Are you using a PC or a phone? I can't say I've heard of any browser that would cause you to lose progress in your game, however. I'm also confused on how your name was changed to "IEatMegaFlan", as well. It's quite a specific situation, that's for sure. Any further information would be appreciated.

I honestly don't have any suggestions besides suggesting that the Top 50 have had their time and maybe expand beyond that, despite the whole point of the 20 questions thread was based on that in the first place, or go ahead and try a few repeats, should be interesting.

I'm voting 3 months, simply because too much of a constant good thing quickly becomes bad.

As for my thoughts? I don't necessarily have the time, or rather the device to give a complete overview, but I thought it was entertaining. Honestly, the ending would've had much more theatrics in play with a rematch from Mega Man and Sunstar, but oh well, the people decided what they want. Overall, it was a lot of fun and I'd love seeing it again in the future.

Sorry Proto, Sunstar gets my vote. His color scheme is a bit...Off, sure, but overall he's a better fight than most of Proto's common battles, and he's kinda interesting in concept. In most cases, I'd want to pick Proto, but....My gut's telling me go with Sunstar here.

Well, my cheesy skit pretty much summed it up for me. Happy New Years, everyone!

An activity cataloging our experiences and events for the last year? Well, color me interested. I don't think interested is a color though....

Anyway, I can honestly say I'm not quite the best at remembering, so forgive me if I miss a few details. Anyway, as Beta mentioned, I decided to go ahead and create a comic about our favorite numbskull, Cut Man. Have to say, I'm overall impressed with the amount of reception I've received in such a short amount of time! Moving on to other things, with the help of TobyJoey, we managed to push out a bio for every canon Robot Master, which can be checked out in the database now. I, along with a few fellow members, also got some spriting done, including work on bosses, and robots from Capcom's latest games from Mega Man 10 to the 16-bit SNES game, Mega Man 7. The 32-bit Mega Man 8 hasn't gotten as much love though, hehe....
We also saw the rise of many Community threads, regarding from games to questions to role-playing. And while we may have lost a few members as we progressed, we're not the type to let that get us down. We also got ourselves a new chatroom, and made plenty of Development breakthroughs in our Sunday Night Chatroom sessions. And while we had bumps in the road regarding activity, that just makes it all the more important that we persevere and show silence who's boss! Well, technically I am, but that's not my point....Oh, and last but not least, we decided to grab an admin around here. That too :P

But, as I look forward to 2016, I only ask that our most dedicated users still stick around and help keep MMRPG going strong in trying times! It's something I'm sure the whole staff shares with me as well as we continue to work on Prototype! Here here, Prototype! Here's to 2016 being a prosperous year for us all!

Sorry about the one different entry from you, Brimscrooge, but that's just how MBM is; Slightly different and bad to the bone.

Well, this thing hasn't had a thing in a while.

While Development is put on the backburner due to outside circumstances, I figured I might as well post an idea before I forget about it.

Now, I still fully endorse the idea of "Eddie's Lottery" because it's so Mega Man it makes sense. However, I'd also like to bring up the Eddie item that was brought up a previous multiple times in Development Sunday Night Chatrooms. Who's to say we can't have both, amiright? Problem is, having Eddie work in a traditional sense like he does in the NES games where he pops up and brings a random idea....Is sorta counterproductive as an item in a RPG. So, I'd like to suggest rather than Eddie bringing a random idea.....Buying him as an item and using it in battle would rather give you a mobile shop in battle, bringing blueprints from Auto's shop for you to fill with screws! This could be used once during a battle, and would be used to supply your inventory when you're running low in battle. Of course, there'd be disadvantages in the fact that there would be a much smaller amount of items available for purchase, all focusing on battle items specifically, such as Attack Capsules, Health Capsules, etc. I considered higher prices, but considering you bought an Eddie item in the first place....Would items be reduced in price instead? Or perhaps just stay the same? I'd worry about a player buying 99x capsules as well, but the new shop mechanic prevents it anyway. If anyone has anything to say about this, feel free.

As for Eddie's Lottery, if it's ever added, I'd really like that the way to get alts, albeit random. The 100 summon thing is honestly really tedious for something cosmetic. I know people would like other earnings besides those, so perhaps have multiple category lotteries to choose from? After all, there isn't just one form of lottery, so who says Eddie can't do the same?

Granted! The planet has now been consumed by donuts, and will continue to consume the universe, ala the Life Fibers.

I wish for a gigantic meteor to show up out of nowhere and miss Earth.

Oh crap, Galaxy Man vs. Saturn? This is tough....But seeing as I'm working on a spritesheet for the latter, I might as well go Saturn.

Once again, the Townies have voted.

Once again the meeting drew to a close, and while there were members who abstained again, there was enough to reach a vote. Accusations flew between the room yet again, but votes were tallied and decisions were made. The culprit that was decided this time around?.....StupidStudiosN, another robot who was accused of being in the way of justice.

Unfortunately, the townies made a wrong decision! As it turned out, StupidStudiosN was actually a righteous member of the council! He paid his taxes on time, he was friendly to everyone, he made sure to call his friends on their Birthdays....So, looks like that deactivation was a bad move on everyone's part. Oh wel--....Wait, what's this?

After more reexamination, it turned out our fellow robot wasn't as purehearted as he made itself seem! Indeed, StupidStudiosN was the other member of the Mafia! With the absence of Doc and StupidStudiosN leading the Mafia, it fell apart, and peace returned to the city of Arcad Metropolis. With this, the townies could finally feel safe in their own homes....


Well, that game's over. Unfortunately, StupidStudiosN and TheDoc were put at the bottom of the list, which wouldn't have made a difference if the fact that Random.Org made them Mafia may have made it a bit clear who to choose....That's one hell of a coincidence. Either way, I'm done managing my game, so who's willing to go next?

I'll sign up as well, but as for my team, just feel free to randomly pick, doesn't really change anything for me.

Well, Night 1 has ended....And unfortunately, someone has fell.

Returning home after such a productive day was bittersweet, but night came, and someone left. Brimstone has been deactivated by a rogue townie. Another meeting has been called regarding the Mafia, and as such, Day 2 begins.

Townies, you know what to do.

Well, there's been a fair amount of votes in a fair amount of time, so let's get our move on.

And finally, Day 1 comes to a close in Arcad Metropolis. However, the public was unaware that a meeting was held by the townie council, a meeting that would decide who would become deactivated and recalled. While multiple members wanted to abstain, the few votes that were cast would decide someone's fate. After being counted up, it seemed that.....TheDoc was in favor of being recalled by the council.

Now, no one would've figured Doc could possibly be the type to do harm onto others; He was reasonably fair and showed great hospitality among his peers. Not only that, but the guy was a certified doctor! Nonetheless, by practically what was chance and luck, Doc was promptly deactivated. Whether or not this was the right choice, no one was sure. By the end of the day, the answer was shown......

Doc, noble and fair, was gone. It was a sad hit towards the town.....Or was it? As it turned out, Doc was indeed a member of the mafia! It seemed that proper judgement and a bit of luck happened to occur, and the Mafia suffered a critical hit! However, now came a problem.....One member of the Mafia was found.....So who's the other?

The dawn of the first night starts now. Mafia, make your move.

That rascal, Cut Man, is doing more stuff that involves things, find out what those things are.

"The year is 20XX. The world has heard multiple times of the triumphs of the historic Blue Bomber, Mega Man. Peace has been restored globally, and it's been said that the Light family are beginning a new project, one only known as 'Prototype.'

However, just because there's no Dr. Wily taking over the world, that doesn't mean trouble doesn't occur still. Take for example, Arcad Metropolis. At first, all was well with the city. While scuffles occurred every once a while, there was never any serious trouble. People got along and shared together, creating a safe haven for humans and robots alike. However, that suddenly changed with the invasion of a discrete organization. While an official name had never been given to this group, the nickname the common folk had was as simple as it was short; "Mafia." They corrupted multiple aspects of Arcad Metropolis, and while they were no Dr. Wily, they were dangerous. Having no Robot Masters to defend the Metropolis, all hope seemed lost....

It would've been, at least. And it still might be. A group representing the town itself came into power, known as the "Townies." At the top of the food chain of this group stood six robots. While none of them were armed, each of these six robots had the trust of the people and the authority to protect the town. However, rumors began to fly amiss, suggesting two of the Townie leaders were actually members of the "Mafia." Here we are today, lying on the aftermath of accusations and on the eve of action.....What takes place now will be up to the trust of the groups and the people within them."

That should do it for any incentive. I'd recommend everyone start taking action now, since the Mafia have shown tendencies of striking early, when everyone's unsure of their accusations....Be bold, my friends. It's either you or your fellow members. Whether or not they'll show the same action, time will decide. Day 1 begins....Now.

No loopholes to use towards your favor, Papa MBM is playing the game in black-and-white. There will also be no neutral forces in this game, you either stick with your fellow townies or you attack with your mafia brethren! Now then, put your sign-ups now! Now wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. I may be overly corrupt, have involved myself in many shady dealings, and secretly tried to take over the planet in multiple different occasions, but the Law never turns against his own town! I, MBM, am not one to be trifled with, my friends! And you may believe me as your nemesis, your sworn enemy, the antagonist to your protagonist, but I know that my actions are true and right, and utterly pure! So, uh, the gist of that whole spiel is that if you sentence me to deactivation, that would probably be a really bad idea.

I'm going to place my doubts on Mrrrrrr. Doc myself, seeing as he's calling himself the "Grinch" in the Holiday season. If that doesn't ring of ssssssuspicion, than I wouldn't know what does. Also he's clearly trying to shift the blame of his hypothetical and purely superficial actions onto me, and I don't like the smell of that one bit.
