Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.
I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.
Anyways. Some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond. There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

As Express Man prepares to go in for another hit on Express Man, he's hit by a Tornado Reversal, causing him to move around exactly as he had been for the past 3 minutes, but backwards!!
Now's our chance, dudes!Dangan uses his memory of where Express Man was to hit him with several point-blank Vulcan Spreads, while Dyna Man, Yoshi, and D-R Wave Man team up to overwhelm Reverse Man with Ultra Nuclear Detonators, Egg Tosses, and Abyss Splashes!!

Kid, you can count the things that are unfair around here on one hand!Tornado Reversal: (Wind/Time) The user flies in a circle so fast they create a tornado that damages anything it hits and inflicts them with Reverse.
New Nuclear Detonator Power Levels: ...Hyper, Ultra
Egg Toss: The user throws an egg in an arc that pops on contact or after traveling a certain distance.
Abyss Splash: The user creates a shadow on the ground, and a dark geyser of water erupts from it.
Reverse: A status effect. Causes the user to act as if time was going backwards for them for up to 10 minutes. If the target had used projectiles, their projectiles will reappear, move backwards in time, and hit them.

Proteus is hit by most of the missiles, but out of irritation he grabs the last one and throws it in the nearest public area.

The Shields rise into the air above the Rookie UKR Squads.
They begin shooting a relentless barrage of rockets at them from above, targeting and immediately switching between targets. Once they stop, Proteus immediately begins zapping at them with Eye Lasers.

Greetings Neo-Graks! While my name doesn't matter, what I have to say does. As many of you heard, your capitals were under attack. However, I am pleased to report that, as that droid stated, this was all fabricated.
The camera pans out to a table with toys on it.
See, just toys.
However, what's not fabricated is the possibility of this occuring. How? Simple.
C. Air pulls from his pocket a miniture IC chip.
This. This right here is an Intellenge Chip, or IC for short. Any robot with an advanced processor knows this. You might wonder why I'm showing you this right now. It's simple.
C. Air then attaches it to one of the toys. It begins moving around.
Harmless, right? Wrong.
C. Air pulls out a keyboard and hits a single button. In an instant, the toy begins firing lasers.
This right here is a prime example of a problem that no one till now has managed to fix; hacking. As a fellow machine with experience, nothing brings about more fear than the possibility of your freedom being taken away. And to you organics, I imagine nothing brings about more fear than the ones supposed to protect you being the cause of your demise.
The fact is ANYONE with a chip like this could become a monster with the flip of a switch.
By following this bit of logic, it all becomes clear as to why there needs to be some form of control, something we aim to provide.

The feeling of hope, however bleak it may seem, ends up enraging the Despair Squad. They made multiple slashes at Proteus with increasing speed. One of them steps back and looks for the source...

Proteus deflects the slashes with several finger flicks.
Shields, Activate sequence Remote Chaotic Detonation Ethel. It's time to turn this forest into a green wasteland. Oh yeah, also shoot at any wildlife you find in the way, too. Human or no.

Eight of the Twenty Shields go invisible and speed off each in a different direction, each one causing massive explosions in the forest.
Yeah... 
move, I know. But to be fair, there's not really much room for honor to begin with in the first place when you're a "bad guy".

Instead of going to the news however, it instead pans to an annoyed Air.
You know what? Don't do what I say. Don't fight for what's right. Do let your fathers suffer from silence. Do let your friends turn to foes.
But you what you should listen to? My story.
I was built by a man named Doctor Wily for the purpose of taking over the world. And once I failed, I was rebuilt, sent out into the wild, infected with some accursed virus, and sent to Neptune. The whole time, people stared at me with contempt in their eyes, even after I pleaded them to give me another chance. And who was to blame? My father. The man was a genius and an idiot. He could of saved the world with his know-how and instead built me. Instead spent who knows how many years trying to kill Mega Man... And want to know what the funny part was? The man sent not a single birthday card, not a single cake, nothing. One time, he simply called me Air and left out the Man part for the sake of belittling me. Of showing that I'm lesser than a man despite housing the same feelings. And so, I hated humanity because I realized that in a sense, they were all like this. And you know how that happened? It was their father's teachings and their mother's soft words, or in some cases...they lack of it.
Viewing children as nothing more than tools or to look good socially. Can you not see that we were destined for better things? Selfies, memes, justifying laziness, sin, all of these things are why I stand with Kilroy. Why I stand with his goal of making the universe a better place by removing these things. That is the true purpose of the UKR. Not oppression of the masses as they wish for you to believe, but regression. I want the universe to go back to the times when it was "family first", not corporations or social standings, none of that. We live in a society that has become rotten to the core, and by looking to the past, we will find the cure!

Despair Squad started chanting, causing the field to be enveloped in a sea of grey. (Not like an actual sea, but the ground is black and white.)
As the trooper stood up, he pointed his rifle at Chordroid and fired.
The shot rang past the Chordroid and struck a DS trooper right behind.
AAAHHH
Ashes started to fly off of the trooper's face as it recoiled back, hands covering it.
Why...why do I feel so cold?
A laser beam strikes the trooper in the arm. As he goes down, he tries to give an expression of fear, but can't feel anything.
You're next.
The Despair Eye attacked the Chordroid!
Despair Squad started to grow heavier and started to dog-pile onto Proteus.
