In the Megaman Battle Network series, Gregar (Megaman Battle Network 6 GREGAR VERSION ONLY) is the only final boss in the series to be able to delete your battle chips (correct me if I'm wrong!).
@Retro Pikachu : Assuming you're referring to the last of Mega Man's alternate costumes for Smash. That's actually Top Spin, which IS in his arsenal. All of his colors correspond to weapons in his arsenal that he uses.
Kind of obvious, but in one of the Chapters in MMBN3, Mr. Match has Lan install data in Mr. Programs. These data are called "Fire Data," "Heat Data," and "Flame Data." These are the names of Mr. Match's netnavis, Fire Man, Heat Man, and Flame Man.
@Retro Pikachu : Something really random I remember to that point: in the description for the FlamData (Flame Data), Megaman.EXE makes a spelling error, saying that the data is "exremely hot!". I honestly don't why I remember that, but hey fun fact.
Quick Man is the only boss in the entire Mega Man franchise to have any part of his body sticking out of his Mugshot (see here). His boomerang is clearly poking out of his Mugshot.
