@Dark Man : you should be able to transfer him to the other doctors. go to the prototype, hit robots, then choose shadow man, click on the small arrow that lets you change Transfer them to other doctors.

While I was at it, I tried to be as specific as possible in an existing topic about how to unlock all 3 lady bots.
