It seems I am unable to find the Megaman 4 robot masters in their own stages. Where are they? And how do I unlock them?

use the "Players" tab in game, and click on the stage you need. then fight the specific robot master, without using any weapon other then neautral. your best bet is mega slide, proto strike, or my favorite, Bass baroque.

They are usually in Cossack's game, and just like the Mega Man 1 and 2 robot masters, you need to beat them in their own stages in chapter 2 using only neutral-type moves.
