I'm not a Mod, but I've been here long enough to see what ANYONE's going to say:
1. Please don't make entire threads asking a question, instead, for simple questions like this, ask them here.
2. First, beat Final Destination III (I'm not sure if you need to beat the stage on all three players, though). Find the Robot Master on Star Force Fields/Bonus Field II, and then scan them. You can then buy the MM3 fields for 48k Zenny each. After you've bought the MM3 field, place the field under the "Players" tab in the prototype. Finally, beat the stage ONLY using Neutral Type attacks on the Robot Master. Note that putting up shields DO COUNT AS NON-NEUTRAL ATTACKS!!!!!

...Unless I'm mistaken, it is OK to put up a shield, as long as you DO NOT attack the Robot Master with that shield. Really at this point you shouldn't even need it anyway.
