I decided to do other MM2 anyways. Here's Bubble Man.
Vs. Mega Man
Mega Man! You have arrived! I am Bubble Man, and I'll send you to Davy Jones' locker!
I don't want to fight... You don't look so strong, really...
Of course you say that. I'll show you, I'll show them ALL! MY NAME SHALL BE REMEMBERED!
Intro Field
In the year 20XX, with the advancement of science, humans were able to create industrial humanoid robots. Invented by Dr. Wily, Bubble Man was freed from his evil master.
We have a problem!
Wahahahaha! Ladies and gentlemen, your attention, please. The name's Wily! The one and only - the brilliant scientist, Dr. Wily! It may seem rather sudden to you, but I've decided I'd like to take over the world! (Laughs evilly) Ahem! Anyway, to begin... Dr. Light! I'll be taking your precious robots!! (busts in) Nuhahahaha!! That is to say... Hmm?... What's this? Oh, Bubble Man... Not only did you betray me, you are also weaker than ever! Get out of my sight! Nuhahahahah!
My friends are in trouble, Bubble Man! Quickly, follow me to the lab!
Dr. Light's Lab 
...What insanity! Using my robots to conquer the world...
My old master won't get away with this. I'll send him to Davy Jones' Locker!
Bubble Man?! (starts thinking) Hmmm... Alright... I understand. I don't like it, but sometimes, such things must be done... I must make the necessary preparations.
Upgrades
You have the ability to swim. Also, your Bubble Lead rolls around the ground. You can shoot out 3 at a time.
*Starter phrase* You swam the wrong sea!
Vs. Cut Man
Dr. Wily was right! You are a bad robot!
Cut Man, come with me calmly. We both don't want to fight each other...
I'm sorry, Mr. Bubble Man, but I won't let you get away with your crimes! I'll make you good again!
Vs. Bomb Man
Ah ah! Don't run off! Let's have a little fun with my explosives!
Those bombs... they're powerful enough to destroy cities! I'll have to put out the flames before they go off!
Hey, why must YOU have all the fun?
Vs. Ice Man
There's something dangerous up ahead, sir! Oh? Freeze it at all costs, soldier!
Ice is pretty much frozen water. Thus your moves won't have any effect!
He seems to make a point, sir... Don't disobey, soldier!

For years, everyone has called me WEAK. But I have overcome even the stronger opponents! And now, it's YOU that'll pay!
Wha... Why you insolent fool! I will crush you with a loud, loud crunch! Behold, my latest creation, the ultimate combat robot, Wily Machine Number 1! Nuhahahahaha!

Thanks to the actions of Bubble Man, Dr. Wily was defeated. However, after defeat, a mysterious robot disables him, allowing the evil doctor to rewire him...
