You must defeat Cossack's story. Once you're done with that, scan Shadow Man in Bonus Field and buy his field.

Also, editing is a thing you can do.

You can also scan MM3 RM's in Player Battles; I did just that to unlock Gemini Man's stage in Kalinka's shop.
