I was being sarcastic and joking around, saying that Mega Man V is coming in the update when it's probably coming very late in the game's development cycle.
This is an old topic made when Needle Man's sprites were in progress. MM3 content has already been added to the Prototype so this topic has served its purpose.
@uraccountcrahsed : "what is this?" is what your supposed to say, i can barely understand but i think it has something to do with sprites of needle man at the least.

Since you already asked, you buy Needle Man's field when you unlock Kalinka's shop, which you get by beating the game. Scan Needle Man in a battle, go to Kalinka's shop, buy "Construction Field", and you should have Needle Man's area. Go to the "Players" tab, click on a field, and you can switch it with "Construction Field." Then you can fight and win Needle Man.
