The way I get my robots leveled up quickly is by going to Bright Man's stage with Toad Man and any robots I want to level up, then I spam Rain Flush as it's super effective against both Bulb Blasters and Bright Man.

I have massive lag on all of Doctor Lights' chapter five missions, I can't even get past the third because I have to reload my game. Maybe it'll be better tomorrow...
