Trouble Unlocking New Abilities

Not sure if this is a glitch or not, but I'm having some trouble unlocking some of the new Cossack Robot Master weapons for Dr. Light, specifically Dive Torpedo and BrightBurst. No matter what mission I go to, the 'bots never seem to use them, so I can't Copy Shot them. Even Dive Man seems content with spamming MagnetMissile over his own Dive Torpedo. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the bug report. I checked the code and a few of the entries for the MM4 robots were not updated with their newly completed abilities, causing them to only use the placeholders I'd added months before. Please try again when you get a chance and let me know if I've fixed the issue, and thank you again for reporting it. :P
