Stats must be less than 450 total (energy doesn't matter)

You can also mix this with a Mega man game (you made)
but it better in Beta man's discussion than mine

Robot masters must have at least weakness (2 or more)

i don't think we need rehashes of old threads imo when the old ones can still be use today
