Please stop doing this. If you want to say sorry to him, just say it in pm, not a public thread. I have no idea what is going on with you two but keep it in pms.
Okay, I feel like I should make a point out of something: if you're going to make a thread, the thread must contain a point that has the ability to stimulate discussion. Threads just made to say something or put out a general comment will ALWAYS be locked. This thread doesn't mean anything and there's no way anything provided in it is needed to be expressed in a whole thread.
