This is where the 4th Prototype Mega Man Character Tournament will commence.
Every day, I'll post a Round of character matchups. In each of the Round's battles, you vote for the character you like more [not who would beat the other in a fight--which one you like more], and the character with the most votes goes through to the next round.
In the case of a tie, yours truly will cast the deciding vote [and to keep things fair, I will NOT vote, otherwise].
You MUST vote in all the battles of a Round in order for your vote to count. No abstaining or recalling or any of that stuff.
You can edit your vote as many times as you want, but, all vote deadlines--unless otherwise stated--are at 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, each night. If you edit after 11:59 PM, your votes will not count.
The last one standing out of the 96 Characters will be the greatestestestest MM character ever [for now]!
Any official Prototype Community member can vote, but, only once per Round.
Funny that a Robot Master with time powers and the time travel Robot Master end up squaring off against each other. In any case: -Pluto -Tundra Man (He's too fabulous for me to deny) -Time Man (It seemed like a close match for a split second, then I remembered at least half of what I find cool about Quint is stuff fans made up for how bad he is in canon) -Terra
Pluto Tundra Man Time Man (Not even Mega Man FROM THE FUTURE will win a PMMCT on my watch! Pogo boy is a disappointment in canon anyways.) Rush (Because dog.)

-Ciel because Pluto's weapon sucks. Break Dash? More like break TRASH, amirite? -Roll.EXE. Still haven't played 11. -Time Man because while Quint HAS received quite a bit of attention in fan works, the Canon games have no respect for him, and let's fact it; in II, the Sakugarne is terrible as a weapon. Not so much as a utility, though. -Terra because he's one of the only villains in the series who actually BEATS the main character, and because of the awesomeness that is Spark Chaser. A multi-hit homing weapon that pierces enemies, you say? All of my yes. Oh yeah, and his weakness makes the most sense out of all the stardroids IMO.
