This is where the 4th Prototype Mega Man Character Tournament will commence.
Every day, I'll post a Round of character matchups. In each of the Round's battles, you vote for the character you like more [not who would beat the other in a fight--which one you like more], and the character with the most votes goes through to the next round.
In the case of a tie, yours truly will cast the deciding vote [and to keep things fair, I will NOT vote, otherwise].
You MUST vote in all the battles of a Round in order for your vote to count. No abstaining or recalling or any of that stuff.
You can edit your vote as many times as you want, but, all vote deadlines--unless otherwise stated--are at 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, each night. If you edit after 11:59 PM, your votes will not count.
The last one standing out of the 96 Characters will be the greatestestestest MM character ever [for now]!
Any official Prototype Community member can vote, but, only once per Round.
Well, one character is on form to do a repeat of PMMCT 3, while the other just tied for the biggest shutout in PMMCT history [as well as making the FIRST shutout, this tourney, funnily enough].
Division 9, Round 2 Cut Man vs. Air Man [10-1] Mega Man vs. Ring.EXE [11-0]
It'll be interesting to see how the Division Final goes. Only one can go through to the Grand Division.
there's been an excess amount of conversationalist posts going on in this thread recently; while discussion in most general circumstances is fantastic, you've likely picked up by the sheer fact this post has been written that this isn't one of those cases. For the sake of absolute clarity and conciseness in this character election, please keep offside commentary to a minimum. Discussion for the tournament can be held in the MMRPG Discord Chatroom, as it generally has been for the majority of the tournament. Cluttering up this thread with distracting, albeit lighthearted, comments could lead to unforeseen errors in the possible success and results of a bracket, and we certainly wouldn't want that to occur. As such, any posts not containing actual votes (and that includes voting for both >_>) I have chosen to delete side comments for the overall benefit of Mikey's thread. I'm sorry if that happened to be particularly fun for you, but unfortunately that's not the overall purpose the thread has, and it'd be a shame to have popcorn comments act as a detriment towards the voting process. Besides, tallying results simply as a consumer to be aware of know early of my Cut boy's demise was getting awfully difficult...

I personally can't blame Boss's judgment on this. Prioritize your votes above any side chatter you HAVE to have from here on, if you would please--it does make counting votes a tad easier on my part.
