A Tier List of Abilities. In order to find the best move(s), I have devised a poll system. If you think a move is great, have a +1 and if wanted, give reasons why.
If you think a move is trash, have -1 and give a reason why.
Example:
Name (+ or-)1 Reason
At the end of every week, I'll tally up the votes.
There's no limit to how many moves you can do. However, don't try anything funny...
Note: If this has been done before, be sure to let me know.

I wanted to do one for resistance weakness etc. around the time I made this account
Dynamo Bolt +3 Leaf Fall -2 because of how weak it is Top Spin gets stronger as it keep hitting Proto Strike +5 Block Dropper -1 like Leaf Fall but it is stronger.
