Attention! This is a legacy build of the Mega Man RPG from 2019 and is no longer being maintained.
Reported bugs will not be fixed and any progress made here will not be saved.
Return to the archive index for more legacy content or
play the current version of the game for all the new stuff.
Where the FAQ thread is meant to be for bullet-point facts that will be listed somewhere on the website together, this is for actual topic/thread requests.
As you can see, the mechanics forum is dedicated to posts by myself outlining various mechanics in the game that I feel require a bit more explaining than is available in-game. We have topics for Robot Cores, Robot Stats, Weapon Energy, Password Prompts, and more, but if you can think of anything else that needs covering just let me know in the comments!
Thanks again!

@scagamer115 : It depends on the respective robot using the summon. Only Roll, Disco, and Rhythm can summon mets. Robot Masters will summon their mechas, and Mega Man / Proto Man / Bass will summon the mecha on that field.

This comment has no purpose to be here
I have an idea how about you add abilitiesfrom pokemon kind of
e.g
's = Double Gear system- Mega man's attack will increase by 65% while the opponent's party speed will decrease by 45% for 3 turns. Mega man's stats will decrease by 75% for 4 turns stupid post (from me of course)

@Haunter ManThose things are aleardy sorted and balanced enough to make the prototype game more enjoyable. And it dosent need any changes at the moment.Higher Crititcal rate is aleardy exsiting in prototype game.
@P. Eon : Battle Points. They are obtained by beating chapters fast enough/with strong enough units. They serve no other purpose than placing you on the leaderboard.

@P. Eon : The battle points next to your doctor's name are representative of how many leaderboard battle points you've collected with them specifically, but... Apparently you may have actually found a bug! Congrats on some nice detective work there! I'll see if it's something that can be fixed and bring it up
@P. Eon : There should be a move called Buster Charge, likely to be found in Reggae's ability shop at some point. Maybe that's what you're looking for?
