Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.
I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.
Anyways. Some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond. There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

Actually, some of those powers are already covered...Beta Devil can be seen trying to get more accustomed to his new form.
...I'm starting to think it was a mistake backstabbing Dub Eggman like that... Maybe I should fix that later on.Black: Beta Devil- the Final Limit. Obtained back when he was on the verge of death from the Jazz Droid.
Delta Paradox is in his Overclocked form. ...Why?
It's for display. IRL Beta Shadow had no idea what reason I should be in this form.Pink: Delta Paradox- Time Lord. Obtained from doing upgrades to his armor (or helmet, I guess.) within the Clock Citadel. The origin of this power is unknown, though perhaps the Clock Citadel had a powerful, time-based artifact in there that was incorporated into his armor's design...

...What an interesting power, this "Final Limit"... Shaggy believes it can prevent me from overtaking this body...Beta Devil's Evil Side smiles, then transforms.

Beta Devil originally obtained this form by mastering his Anti-Omni powers during his time trapped in the Anti-Omni Meme, but can now only use it for a few seconds at a time before his darker side overtakes him... Shaggy says that the Final Limit should be able to prevent this, allowing him to use BOTH powers for this fight. We can do nothing more than hope he's right.
Epsilon Snow appears to be helping Xerneas with some plants in order to practice his powers...

Cyan: Epsilon Snow- Aura of Life. Bestowed upon him by Xerneas, under Shaggy's request. (Wouldn't exactly be my choice of who gets the power, but I suppose we need to take what we can get.)

Blue: Beta Shadow- Ultra Instinct. Taught to him by Shaggy years ago, mastered during the first fight against the banned demon, fauster, and reached completion when fighting Berserk Instinct King K. Rool. The only problem is convincing him to reform again... But hopefully, Kirby has a plan for that. (The reason why it's not the white power is due to both the aura's color, as well as... another particular reason.)

So get over the past, or I WILL find a way to find a replacement blue power somehow! Just... please...know that you weren't responsible for all of your mistakes... some of those "mistakes" might be blessings in disguise! Like Beta Devil! He's doing somthing while your nothing... do you want to be responsible for the end of many lives because you didn't want to make a mistake? The angel of death does not take pride in taking lives, but it's what must be done. Likewise, a Reaper does not usually take pride in the destruction of a world. Still, if it is willed, then it will be done. But...just as the Pale Rider carries a scythe, so does a farmer. And farmers...well...they give life. They till the soil for seeds to grow. Likewise, Reapers were born to create. New worlds, new faces, new conflicts, new produce.
So I say this: You will always carry the burden of the farmer and the angel. You will always carry your scythe. But for what purpose... To create or to destroy. That's for you to decide. If you leave this usurper to unbalance the scales of life and death, then no one will blame you. After all, it's your call as well as everyone else's which side of the blade you intend to use. I carry my scythe with pride. I believe you can do the same. But what do I know? I'm just a talking loudspeaker in the middle of nowhere.

Still partially recovering mentally from being knocked over by Chunky (who has since calmed down) and being smacked by Alpha Fire, D-R Shark is sulking as the rest of the group is making up after their overreactions earlier. Sonic Man then walks over to him.

How? They've created countless Dimensions and Omniverses. Anyone with that power should come with the responsibility needed, shouldn't they??
...not necessarily. I know that you have strong beliefs in the kind of beings who are, in essence, the only true types of perfect. I don't think I need to explain further, as I feel it'd break a rule...above this Omniverse's, but below our existence as a whole. My point is, behind this world's strongest beings are humans, or at least human-like beings, who have their flaws. True flawlessness isn't possible in this Omniverse, or any Omniverse tied down to Mega Man RPG. And furthermore: Dimension DOS was entirely out of their realm of knowledge. And that's because, also unlike what you believe in, not all higher-ups in this Omniverse have power over everything. And that's because there are some things they didn't create, or didn't get involved with. That included Dimension DOS. And now more than ever, using Beta Shadow's shortcomings, especially those that might not even be known in full by Brash Buster himself, to talk down to him will only make things worse. ... ...I suppose you have a point. The idea of erasing people...it still rubs me the wrong way. But if there's as much thought and regret in it as you say, I'll stop holding it against the Reapers specifically.As Sonic Man and D-R Shark talk, Dr. Doppler and Rika discuss construction, with Doppler holding backups of the Weapons Manufacture's data.

So what, you're expecting to find 4 people who are on the same level as Metal Man?
Like I said, we're looking for people who could benefit from either or both. If we can't find anyone who benefits from both, we'll have to settle for those who desperately need one or the other.Metal Sonic picks up the Nature and Flame Medallions. He then goes through his memory files...
From underground, Metal Sonic scans the planet to see if he can track down Air and/or Sleet Man, albeit willing to pick someone else to wield the Medallions if a response isn't heard soon enough.

Clearly that leads to reckless scenarios nonstop. Why should anyone stay here? Why should this Dimension exist?
...one thing that extends across the entire Multi-Omniverse is imbalance.
You're both familiar with the idea of someone trying to tilt the scales in their favor, are you not? You've been around to see what Junko and Seija want. Not all of the Omniverse is ready for that. And when someone does come in to tilt their scales, it not only furthers imbalance, but leaves that whole Dimension in stress and disarray. A Dimension like this allows freedom. It allows those who want to release the power otherwise prone to imbalance do so while keeping things...somewhat balanced. Is it an ideal solution? Obviously not. There are still people who want to tip the scales or forgo them altogether. But it's the best thing we can do. If this Dimension is somehow destroyed, with nobody agreeing to restore it, another one just like it will be built. It's happened before.

...The idea of using Legendary Super Saiyan is tempting (though impossible; I don't even know how Plas Man was even able to access a power that is only available to Saiyans). But we're looking for a BALANCE of powers. (Additionally, Reaper power isn't quite golden. Walter is also a Reaper, and yet his main color appears to be blue, or perhaps grey. Which is ironic, given he's called RedBomber.) 
Berserk Instinct and Ultra Instinct balances each other due to being made to counter the other. While Ultra Instinct's aura nullifies Berserk Instinct's ability to nullify and ignore all forms of pain, Berserk Instinct actually has the ability to remove Ultra Instinct's instantaneous dodging. Honestly, if that final battle against Beta Devil was just him and Beta Shadow, the fight could've actually gone either way.
...Meanwhile, as Xerneas said, Life and Creation cannot exist without Death and Destruction. And so, the Aura of Life and the Power of Destruction are perfect candidates to balance each other out.
...I discussed the powers we should use with Shaggy, and the powers and colors we needed come in 3 factors: The White power of Mystic stems from a Godly force... So for Orange, we decided upon a power of more Demonic origins... Alpha Fire will be attempting to obtain this due to his affinity with fire making him a good candidate. Meanwhile, the Pink power of the Time Lord comes from, well, control over time. For a counter, Shaggy sent Eta Cosmic to go and find GRANDER NOVA, in hopes that he would cast upon Eta Cosmic the Power of Stars. *Via Divine Telepathy* Like, Master Matt? And finally, the Final Limit. It is a technique developed from being on the brink of death... So, perhaps a power of someone at their peak could- Master Matt! We, like have a problem! What's the issue? Like, Inner Power's aura turned Green, man! H-huh!?...Meanwhile, with GRANDER NOVA (who doesn't look any different due to a lack of wanting to make a new mug for him EDIT: Nevermind, Gamma had an excellent idea, behold the power of Moustached NOVA. With a hat.)

Cranky Kong: Why didn't you consider to think why Rider said "kind of"? I mean sure, he has some form of potential, but that IS somewhere close to the real thing... so unless we somehow find a way to... ya know, FIND the source of this "green power" is.
