Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.
I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.
Anyways. Some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond. There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

If we continue, we'll draw attention away from Beta Devil, thus reducing training time. If we succeed, then a bigger threat in the form of that Diablo form will wipe this universe out.

Last time I wore this, I was giving the shrine maiden a little...tour of my Extra Stage*. Figured it'd be appropriate to put it on again while getting ready for something even harder to vanquish.
Wait, did the shrine maiden get vanquished or the Extra Stage?Ignoring the question, Rika attaches a small device to her eyes that forces them open, with a small screen placed over one eye.

High-intensity Ludovico technique. The normal kind takes a special medicine and two weeks, so I made a two-hour version with just the important stuff. If anything messy happens out there, I can skip the panicking and get straight to the helping.The entire crew stares at Rika with significant uneasiness as she nonchalantly begins to build something.

Nope.The figure hops off the ground and runs...into the pile of burning metal. Surprisingly, only a few yelps are heard.

After a couple of seconds, the Mini-Halberd rights itself back up, and takes off again, going at top speed!

Crescendo quickly regains his composure and looks into the melting passageway the hooded figure ran in. Steam fills the air as the metal in the passageway is cooled off, with only enough left for Crescendo to make out the silhouette.
You know, if I didn't know any better, I'd say that you were just being an idiot. Yeah, and if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't be leaving now. Later!The figure vanishes in a wave of darkness.
...I don't even know why I thought this place was worth my time anyway.Crescendo heads for a nearby city, leaving the smoldering scrap behind.

The figure reappears from an aura of darkness, concealed in a shadowy alleyway.

The soldier splits in half as the Grappler looks on in terror. Vangus then looks to the Halberd and explodes into an inescapable black hole. The Halberd isn't even given the chance to escape as they find themselves in a strange plane of existence. The black hole closes to prevent the base from being destroyed.
