Here is my first set based on the Mega Man: Powered Up attacks that are unused:

Attack Name:Giga Cutter

Description:The user pulls out a giant, circular-cutting Rolling Cutter and throws it at the Target. The target takes twice of the damage caused by 1 normal Rolling Cutter hit.

Description:The user drops Icicles on the opposing team, causing the same amount of damage that comes from the Ice Slasher.

Description:The user sends out a fiery snake that burns through all opponents with twice the damage of Fire Storm, and works similar to Gemini Laser.

Description:The user summons an earthquake to damage the target and lower it's accuracy.

As you can tell, these 4 attacks are powerful, but they come with a cost: It takes 5 weapon energy to use. That's half your weapon energy, which means you can only do this twice without recharging or using Weapon Energy refills, like Weapon Tanks.
You can also make weapons based on Mega Man X, Mega Man Battle Network, and other Mega Man game series...es. Or you can make CUSTOM weapons, like Rising Cutter was... I think. But ensure they are a part of a Mega Man game or your own, NEVER one from another game. (Unless people are allowed to use content from Street Fighter X Mega Man, which IDK why they don't use.)
