Attention! This is a legacy build of the Mega Man RPG from 2022 and is no longer being maintained.
Reported bugs will not be fixed and any progress made here will not be saved.
Return to the archive index for more legacy content or
play the current version of the game for all the new stuff.
Use this thread for any and all questions that are easily answers in one post.
Things like "where is X?" or "how do I unlock Y?" are appropriate for this thread, as are questions like "how does Z work?" and the like.
What is not appropriate for this thread are questions like "what is your favourite X?", "why do you suck?", and opinions or suggestions. That type of feedback has it's own thread.
So, let's start. I would like this to be a communal Q&A and everyone can help out the new members. If this thread gets long enough I'll have to add some kind of page-system, but for now it should be fine. Thanks for playing!

There always seems to be at least one costume/outfit for most of my robots that I'm missing - the last one in each of their lists, but I've never seen anything come up in Kalinka's Alts shop for them. Everything that does come up there I've already bought. How do I unlock the last costume for them?
As a note, it always seems to be the actual Robot Masters who have a missing costume - nothing's missing for Roll, Rhythm, Disco, Mega Man, Proto Man and Bass.
Okay, another thing just happened that I got really curious about. I was trying out the player battles, and I went up against Ray Stinger's team. Only thing was, every single one of his robots had much higher stats than anything I've seen even from the game's top players on the leaderboard - even what I thought was the max with every Starforce field claimed. It was from the start of the match too; neither side had any stat boosts, and his robots weren't holding items either. I went and checked his robots on the leaderboard afterwards, and saw they were lower - equal to mine with all the Starforce, but nowhere near the stats on the actual battle.
I tried testing out other ways of replicating it, but every other Player Battle I've tried so far doesn't have any insane stats like it. I've even tried to see if the specific skins add anything to stats or the specific robots, to no avail so far. Can anyone explain why this is-? Is it a bug, or just a hidden mechanic I didn't know about?
Not sure about posting images, but I've got the link to an image here just for proof. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/849771256554192967/1030446882406801451/unknown.png

@PoisonPhar : Have you ever tried swapping the fields in the players menu? They should be unlocked by now
@mm2leaf : If you were playing during the weekends, there is something known as rogue stars, which boosts the stats of a specific core-type. Since all of the robots were an Electric-type, it means that there was an Electric Rogue star. Unless this has happened during weekdays, it is unknown what has happened
@Cardiac Arrest : Nah, I found that the same day I posted it, on Friday. Unless Friday counts as the weekend in the rpg, anyway. Weird though, never heard anything about rogue stars before. It wasn't even a Starforce thing either, it was in Player Battles.
Idk if this question belongs here, but... Is the Robot Master Rumble thread still alive in the Roleplay section? I would like to participate but the last comment was about 3-6 months ago...
@QuintAnother : To fight him, you need to go into a Star Field and pay attention to the description. If the description at the end says: "Let's go!" then that means Quint will be encounterable. You then proceed through the field and you will then fight Quint afterwards. Make sure to come prepared! (Don't worry if you've already completed the Starforce, you can still find him in there)
