How do I get Defense swap?

Can any of you tell me how to get it. I have Attack swap but, not Defense swap. Can you please tell me how. I want to beat tomahawk man with my cloud man but I don't have Defense swap.
How do I get Defense swap?

1. Go to the top right corner, where your profile is.
2. Click 'exit game' and wait 3 years.
4. Log in, go back on the forums, and ask this same question.

Level up Rhythm more... or unlock it through reggae's shop with neutral cores. I uh, don't know what to do in this situation.
