For those of you who are confused at the title, allow me to explain.
NO, I'm not leaving, however, this thread is for anyone who is about to leave the site for a few days/weeks/months for whatever reason. This is also the thread if you are returning from being gone for a bit.
Why am I doing this? It's to keep people from doing stufflikethisagain. I'm pretty sure that at least one person has been annoyed by all these. Alternatively, you can post your "I'm back!" messages here.
Confused? Here's an example:
Let's say that I'm about to leave here. I say something like "goodbye, I'm going to be gone for ___ day(s)!" When I return, I post here (or there "Hi, I'm back!" DO NOT MAKE ANOTHER THREAD SAYING "I'm back!" JUST PLACE IT HERE OR THERE!!!!!
By the way, if you dare make another thread announcing your return... I SHALL HUNT AND FIND YOUR LAIR, THEN EAT YOU ALIVE!!!! WITH KETCHUP!!! AND MUSTARD!!! AND BUTTER!!(?) AND SUGAR!!! AND SALT!! AND SOMETHING!!! And uhh.... err.... umm.... whatever else I can eat you with.

Well, I had examinations going on in school, and they've just ended. So, I kind of went into a hiatus for about half a month without annoucing it. Now I'm back here and apparently I have tons of notifications.

Hey guys.
I'm about to leave to Taiwan soon, and I'm not entirely sure I'll have a steady access to the internet. Chances are, I won't so I'll leave this here to say that I'll probably be less active on the community (although I'm not exactly active anyway), worst case scenario being that I'll be gone period for a while. I could be wrong though but we'll see how this plays out.

So uh funny story i broke my right arm I will not be able to come here for a while but might some times try will not be able to make long text with one arm
I've got really important exams starting from next month, so I'm going to take a 2-3 month break from here, starting tomorrow. I won't be playing the Prototype or appearing in the chat during that time, but I'll still vote in the PMMCT.
I will come back after the exams, but until then... goodbye for now.

So, While I was updating PMMCT 3 in late April, it turns out that I hadn't been eating much. In fact, I found out the hard way that I hadn't eaten in about a week.
I started throwing up on my way to doing my taxes on 4/21. Pretty much emptied all the contents of my stomach, that day. No more episodes for a bit until I threw up again 2 days later, again, pretty much emptying all the contents of my stomach, that day. Then, when I tried to eat on 4/24, I started throwing that right back up, then when I tried to drink water, I threw THAT right back up.
I knew I had acid reflux.....again. Had the exact same thing when I was 13.
Was in the hospital from 4/27 to 5/5 having blood taken, having IV [intravenous] liquids and medications pumped into me and havin more questions asked of me than on a 12th grade SAT test. Got out, and the 1st thing I did was hang out with friends. from 5/5 to 5/12, most of what I was ding was eating, gaming with friends or doing Prototype: Armageddon work [my RPG]. Completely forgot about the PMMCT during this, and for that, I truly apologize.
I wake up at 1:15 AM on 5/13 to find myself in some critical abdominal pain. It was crippling. I mean, just OW. I could barely walk, I HAD to take short breaths [or more pain would follow], and I could barely think straight or logically. Called an ambulance and went straight to the hospital.
Morphine is the weirdest thing I've ever had go into my veins. It made me feel STRANGE. REALLY STRANGE. But, between that, the IV meds and the acid reflux pill I took, I was fine after about 3.5 hours.
I'm back, now, and hopefully, before tonight is over, the results of the PMMCT will be made official. Fingers crossed that nothing else stupid happens to me. :P
Sorry to hear about that, Mike. I know how easy it is to lose track of how frequently one eats (although I've never had that experience before), but I hope that's the end of it, too. I'll pray for ya!
