So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

The newly arrived trio looks at each other in confusion.

Do either of you know what these guys are talking about?

The two shrug.

Eh, probably nothing to worry about.

The figure leans on the Weapons Shop cube. Suddenly, all three suddenly gain a skill... At the cost of 6 cores from Reggae's collection.
Introducing...

Cuphead!
His best pal, Mugman!
And the lovely Ms. Chalice!

Stats, skills, and moves can be found here; I placed them in one doc to avoid cluster. The same link can also be found on the Character sheet.

A snap erupts from the darkness, dimming the glowing cubes. A musty stench fills the air as the culprit steps forth.
...
The machine puts his hands behind his back, not really saying anything, instead choosing to stare at the party.

Without any cues, the room slowly lights up in a sickining green as endless rows of shelves line the now visable walls, the amount of them going forever upwards. Placed upon each of them seem to be pulsing green pods resembling...eggs? However, what's more concering is the massive black star hovering behind the entity. Raising an arm and hand upwards towards the sky, he snaps his fingers, causing the star to radiate a grey color.

Dark Star activated!

Everyone's Neutral-Element attacks lowered! So too does the overall power of any Neutral-Element units on the field!

Still without saying much, he points towards the party with his index finger and rolls it towards him in a taunting fashion.

Calx equips his Defense Booster, then turns toward Nic.

You who intend to bar our path. I'll say this only once, as if I were to repeat it, it'd fall on deaf ears.
At least one individual in this room has chosen a terrible day to be what looks to be a mechanical data frog.

Calx does what he does best and sends a Scrap Coffin in Nic's general direction!

The three cups look over to the battle occurring.

Hey, Mugsy. What do you think's happening over there?
I dunno, but I don't like the looks of it. Maybe we should-
Hey! Frog guy! How about a little rumble?
Cuphead, no!

With Mugman's pleas falling on deaf ears, Cuphead fires a barrage of Peashooter shots at Nic.

(Oh, Cuphead... What am I going to do with you...?)
I still have some Astral Cookies on me... Do you want me to help him out?
*Sigh* No, it's fine. I'll handle this.
If you say so...

Mugman joins in with a Peashooter of his own.

...Alright, I think I waited long enough. What exactly is going on around here!?

...The enemy they are up against... is a part of what is known as "The System". From my understaning, they are entities created to run and keep track of the metaphorical code that runs this Omniverse.

So, what, this entire Omniverse really is made of code or something?

The answer to that question is a complicated mess that I really don't want to get into. But, that's besides the point... Normally, the System Bots were meant to ensure the safety of the System itself, and maintain the growth of the entire MMRPG Omniverse... But a virus corrupted it.

And, what, now it's evil? That's great; And what exactly makes it a problem for us?

...Well, I don't quite know the full extent of what the corrupted System wants or why... But my guess is, it wants us all dead.

...So, I reiterate the question: Why is it such a problem? I'm pretty sure we can handle this no problem, right?

...Well, I'd like for you to recall a certain incident known as the End Roleplay Protocol?

"End Roleplay Protocol"...? Wait...

You mean that little "shutdown" program written by that little rogue Plot-Bot of yours? I thought we dealt with that overgrown toaster already!

Indeed; Rho Program was defeated. The End Roleplay Protocol was deleted, as well as Rho's memories of his transgressions. HE is no longer a threat.

...But what he FAILED to do, the System has the potential to succeed in MUCH more. And while I was hoping that Gamma's own makeshift group could handle the problem, I made Protocol 2037173490493591401009 as a failsafe for if they failed, so that I could keep all of YOU safe. ...But the fact that they can even overpower Beta Supremo's will to restore the TTC universe... I realize now that defeating the System is impossible. I HAVE to go through with Protocol 203-

...You know what, that name is too long. I'm just going to call it Operation: Lockdown.

Lockdown? So, what, you're just going to trap us in this place forever?

Oh, no, no. Even with the entire Character folder on lockdown, it only provides a temporary blockade from the System... But it'll be temporary enough for the second phase.

And what would THAT be?

...The evacuation of ALL characters... into a different Omniverse.

Nic looks up with little care as a Clashing Thunders comes crashing down, dealing 135 Damage!
Lightning flashes amidst the black sky. Water and Electric attacks became more powerful!

Bop bop bop bop! Cuphead fires a barrage of bullets with his Peashooter, doing 140 Damage due to the Dark Star’s effects!
Nic shakes his head, seemly in dissapointment, before pointing forwards in an almost regal tone. At first, nothing seems to happen until a massive barrage of eggs come crashing down upon the party!

With an outstanding bit of bad luck, Django gets hit 5 times for 90 Damage!

Calx took 76 Damage from two separate super-effective blasts!

With an outstanding bit of bad luck, Matori gets hit 5 times for 80 Damage!

Cuphead took 50 Damage from two separate blasts!

Mugman was less fortunate, taking three super-effective blasts for 84 damage!

Cloud seemed to share the same fortune as Mugman, taking three super-effective blasts for 96 Damage!

Finally, Magnet took one one super-effective blast for 56 Damage!
Otenko sprouts onto the field! Everyone felt a little stronger!

The frogbot flinched upon being hit by the Scrap Coffin, dealing 66 Damage! Earth Weakness discovered! Attack lowered by one. Speed lowered by two!

Mugman fires a set of shots, dealing 88 Damage!

Matomi entered Haze Stance! Defense increased as well as gaining an subcore!

Multiplier: (551/1000) [x1]

Calx’s Defense rose by 1!
Otenko’s power increased! 20/60
Clashing Thunders Effect: 4/4

(This turn, assuming that all actions have STAB already written out in their character sheets.
Also assuming that additional shots are given for every 15th burst in speed.
Finally, all actions were done with their respective speed, regardless of the placement of their actions.)

Mugman, are you alright?
I'm fine... But this guy really means business. Are you sure about this?
Well, think of it like this: We appear in this strange place from out of nowhere, and now this guy does the same, then picks a fight with all the people already here. What if he's the cause of all this mess?
Gee, I dunno, Cuphead. What if he isn't?
Well, the only way to find out is to ask. And if he ain't so keen on talking... We'll just have to speak HIS langauge!

Cuphead fires off some Chaser shots while Mugman prepares a Charge Shot.

Gradius Blade slices Nic for 64 Damage!
A loud “CRIT!” audioclip can be heard.

Cloud Man T Energizes Magnet Bomber! Attack and Speed slightly increased!

Calx holds his arms out, firing a Magnetic Shockwave which slams into Nic once for 574 Damage damage!

Magnet does the same, dealing 2019 Damage through 3 super-effective consecutive hits!

Mugman’s Charge granted him an attack boost while a barrage of Peashooter shots from Cuphead hit Nic for 161 Damage!

Mataroi unleashes a Voltaic Charge for 229 Damage!
Nic seems to freeze up for a bit as electricity seems to flow from him, serving as the perfect conduit for more damage due to all the extra attacks from before (defense lowered to 40%!)
Despite the massive payload everyone provides, Nic continues to emit an almost…bored aura. A loud pop sound erupts from him, specifally from behind him. Tossing a conjured folder forwards, it opens, which shoots out three random attacks!

Magnet Missile flies towards Cloud Man T for a measly 29 Damage, even with the super effective damage the move provides. A magnetic wave radiates from him.

A Remote Mine lands near Calx which simply goes…
Tick…tock…tick…tock…

Defense Assault on the party!
Everyone’s defense was lowered by one!
Nic’s hands start to glow before slowly changing into something…more froglike?
New skill unlocked.

A faint sound can be heard from behind and in front of the party…
With careful percision, Nic is hit for 230 Damage! by Crossbow Master! (Note: Unsure if you have Team Shoes or not(which allow for an additional character to be brought in). In general, you can only use one character. If I'm incorrect though, I'll add the effects of Ink Armour's moves onto the next turn while still giving him an additional move.)
Calx’s Defense Rose in stern defiance of the last move!
Clasing Thunders: 3/4
Otenko: 25/60
Voltaic Charge: 6/6 [40%]
Remote Mine: 1
Cloud's Magntized Effect: 1/1

Multiplier: (570/1000) x4
