So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Core: Swift

Banetem finds that Reggae has left behind all of his Small Coffees. Picking one of them up, he sits on the ground and drinks it.

Hey, maybe I can help!

Harmonica lends Banetem a Helping Hand in his brainstorming.

Barely clinging to life form the explosion, the Pirate lies on his back, quickly reloading (gaining a speed buff in the process), and shouts a cry while firing his GAC MKII Galvanic Accelerator Cannon MKII + Call Out on Yellow Alloy. Although foreign, his call is understandable enough for Inter Weapons (Search Snake) to be boosted in accuracy and in a possible extra strike.

Ruthless kicked in. +1 to attack and speed!

Meanwhile another Space Pirate waits in the shadows in case this one falls (Using Extra Life if I die so the move goes through.)

Good luck killing us. You're doing so "good" that I LITERALLY HAVE MORE KILLS THAN YOU ALL. I accidentally killed Ms. Chalice(sorry) but you couldn't kill us even trying. AND NOT EVEN WITH THE CRAZY MULTIPLIER! And now I'm getting serious. Even if you DO disable us, you're DEFINITELY not gonna win, alloy team.
Paradox Man uses Time saver, Energy Support EX to casually heal everyone and Buster Charge to recover WE.
Leaf shield turns left:2/3
He senses a feeling of alliance with his team, something he has never felt for years, or even decades. It strenghtens his will to fight for the team, not for himself.

Mustering the strength to stand, the Pirate reloads after firing Quick Reload before pulling out a radio and starts yelling into it. A second trooper seems to be relaying the info to someone.

Shooting through the sky a large metal pod aproaches the party and crashes nearby.

One Wave Trooper, One Power Trooper, and one regular Space Pirate hopped out of the pod. In addition, a Sentry Drone descends from the heavens.

Alloy Yellow use Hurricane Wind: PIRATE takes 85 damage and is push out of the battle.

Alloy Blue use Marine Nightmare: Django takes 92 damage.

Alloy Red use Fired Up: All debuffs are gone.

Alloy Green use Tunnel Fall: Paradox Man takes 73 damage and in inactive for one turn.

Yamcha strikes Alloy Red again with Wolf Fang Fist, but misses all of his attacks.

Alloy Red: You got to do better than that!

Django sets down a Sol-Dyna at Alloy Green's feet.

Morph Man fires Explode Shots at Alloy Green, landing 20 shots for 38 damage total. The Crash Bomb also explodes, dealing 57 more damage.

Alloy Green: Too many bombs.

Calx puts up a Junk Shield.

Banetem uses Role Play to copy Matomi's Analyst skill, then uses Water Pulse on Alloy Red for 44 damage.

Harmonica uses Crit Up to raise critical hit chances for her team.

Alloy Blue: Huh? There are some that we didn't know can do that.

Alloy Yellow: Hey, that guy was about to bring back-up. Beside, there's nothing these guys can do to stop us.

Matomi uses Frost Shackle on Alloy Yellow for 8 damage, inflicting Fleeting Frost in the process, lowering Alloy Yellow's Speed by 40% for 6 turns.

Alloy Yellow: Okay...maybe there are some that can do something none of us knows.

Brickell uses Mega Mine on Alloy Green, dealing 43 damage.

Alloy Green: Explode bad. Like bad movie.

Sarah Oasis: (What am I suppose to do?!)

The four prisoners are trying to wake up

Princess Daisy: What's...happening?

8 until next multiplier!

Very smart. Very smart indeed. Too bad I got this from my last universe travel, and it's PERFECT for your annoying moves! Also, hey Red Boi! Look at this!
*he shows a screen with the worst joke ever made about alloy red's name and this is totally not an excuse to not actually think of a insult*

Insult at Red Alloy,Time saver, WARPSTONE GEM: Nature(Biomass Shield 5 turns pls), Energy Support EX.
Weps Info
Green Gem:Biomass Shield
Time/Nature special 3 WE
Like all warpgems, goes first in the turn order.Grants total immunity to any possible negative effect(black hole, agonizing pain, losing a turn, ablaze etc. Stat debuffs are cleared, but come back when the effect ends)
Lasts a single turn, but duration can be increased by up to 5 turns if you use more WE (3 WE=extra turn).
Insult
Neutral special 0 WE
Does not consume AP. Goes first in turn order. Inflicts the Annoyed state on the target for a turn, which gives a 50% chance to make it forcefully attack you instead of the original target. If he uses a support move, the move has a 25% chance to just not work at all. Has a 1%chance to Enrage the target, increasing per 1% for every use until the end of the raid. Enrage is a pre-existing effect, look at the databasd(i think it's there cuz guard man used this enrage thing a lot)

Okay, Calx didn't get targeted this turn, does this mean the Junk Shield's gonna stay up until he gets attacked, or...?

...Either way, methinks Tunnel Fall and Fired Up are kinda OP. Tunnel Fall is a move that's practically a "haha nope you don't get to move" button (since Inactive may as well be the exact same effect as disabling an enemy) that almost always hits, and for quite a low WE cost, while Fired Up eliminates debuffs from the entire team at a measly 5 WE when factoring in Primary STAB. I'd also harp on Hurricane Winds, but the only reason it's so OP is because it's on a fast character.

Anyway, Calx uses Scrap Coffin on Alloy Red. Again.
