So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

@ShyOne9117 : I think in between you can add moves, but only if you have the moveslots. You can't buy stuff in the middle of the raid without the Links

I mean, Tunnel Fall is practically a disable button, meaning it's veru OP. But like, Inter Weapons is pretty op too, not because of raw power, but versatility. You have a decent weapon for pretty much any situation. But the WE cost makes up for it. Dimensional Shaker is WAY TOO OP in this raid, but that's only because there are 4 RAID BOSSES(kinda). But ok. I don't seem anything wrong with Fired Up though, except it's WE being so low. It's basically a group version of Jewel Polish.

@QuintAnother : (I'm sorry, I just saying that you can't move for one turn, after that turn you can start attacking again. I'm sorry for confusing some of you guys. I also change Fired Up, where only the user get rid of debuffs. I hope you guys are okay now.)

That... doesn 't really fix Tunnel Fall, though. Maybe dropping the accuracy to at most 50% would help?

As the boy hops off of Yamcha's shoulders, he stretches, and pulls out his Power Pole and accidentally thwacking the Yellow Alloy thrice, whilst spinning said pole to see if his pole skills still held up.

Paradox Man Taunts Alloy Red, inflicting the Annoyed status. He then creates a Biomass Shield, protecting himself from negative status effects for 5 turns.

Alloy Blue use Snow Blast: Brickell takes 130 damage!

Alloy Yellow use Dizzy Twister: Paradox Man takes 121 damage and gets dizzy.

Alloy Red use Pyro Punch: Paradox Man takes 34 damage.

Alloy Green use Wood Axe: Django takes 95 damage!

Paradox Man uses Time Saver, then restores allies' HP with Energy Support EX.

Alloy Red: That does it...none of your are going to win...you have annoyed us for the last time!

Django strikes Alloy Yellow with Spear Skewer, dealing 3 damage.

Morph Man launches another Crash Bomber at Alloy Green, the bomb latching on.

Alloy Green: Not again!

Calx attacks Alloy Red with a Scrap Coffin, dealing 3 damage.

Kid Goku tags in, striking Alloy Yellow with a Power Pole Combo, missing the first strike but hitting the other two times for 6 damage total.

Alloy Yellow: I'm not losing to a kid!

Multiplier increased to x9!

Banetem uses Blaze Kick on Alloy Green for 11 damage.

Harmonica uses Focus Break to lower Alloy Yellow's Attack by 1 stage.

Matomi uses Frost Shackle on Alloy Red for 20 damage, inflicting Frost Shackle on them as well.

The Raid Boss Fan stumbles in with a Multiplier Madness, dealing 38 damage.

Brickell uses Advanced Intel on Alloy Blue, landing 284 shots for 1343 damage.

Alloy Blue: Okay, now...I'm getting angry!

Multiplier increased to x10!

The Alloy starts glowing, as the four prisoners start to wake up

Sarah Oasis: Guys, I don't think making them angry is going to help! (Oh man, If they keep this up, they get the attention of...the king! What am I suppose to do?)

Calx uses Junk Shield again, assuming it's not already up. If it is, he uses Defense Support instead.

Also, shouldn't Aftershock Quake's second hit have taken place by now?

Banetem charges at Alloy Green with a Flame Charge while Harmonica uses a Focus Boost on herself.
Meanwhile, back at the apartments, Disarge decides to go out for a walk when he sees FEHta Shadow on the way out.

Ah, hey. Going out for a walk, too?
Oh, Sarge!

FEHta scraches the back of his head.

...Well, you got the "going out" part right, at least.
...Actually, it's great that I ran into you. Someone's going to have to tell anyone, after all.

FEHta reaches into a bag and pulls out a strange, magical device.

FEHta and Disarge share a wave goodbye as the former exits the door. Disarge follows behind, but goes into a separate direction.
As FEHta steps out, he takes a look around. He looks over to the ensuing battle, then notices Tedd among the spectators.

...

FEHta simply looks at Tedd for a while before nodding, assuring to himself that Tedd will be fine. He then takes out his Breidablik before creating a portal, then takes a final glance back at the dimension he's leaving before crossing through to his Askr.

As if to avoid anyone following FEHta, a rainbow-colored aura shines on the portal, causing it to close.

(Hey Chase, you don't need to feel bad if you unbalanced a weapon. It's ok. I don't see much wrong with Tunnel Fall anymore, just a little overpowered but that's only cause its in a fast character. And it's ok if you made it too op at first place. For example, when I get my duo, i gotta balance his mach gun.)
Also, what does Dizziness even do? I don't see it in the traps guide...
Anyways, back to the fight.
Weakness spamming, good move.
He uses Time Saver, enters a Wormhole and Buster Charges.
You annoy me, I annoy you.
