So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Core: Swift
Subcore: Nature
Weakness: Time

@QuintAnother : (You're telling me that doesn't have a cooldown, or that its fail rate doesn't go up with each consecutive use? That's extremely unbalanced. Someone nerf that move, NOW.)

(It actually has a nerf, but not in fail rate. It's we cost doubles with every use, permanently. But I agree that's, like, way too op.)
Nerf status:
Now only reflects 1/3 of the damage.
Initial cost increased from 5 to 8.
Has 90% accuracy, and drops accuracy by 20% for 3 turns every time it's used.
Small buff: Instead of doubling cost every time it's used, increases by a flat 5, then a flat 6, then a flat 7 and so on.
please keep sending weapons you think are op, i will do my best to nerf them.
I'm usually like this:
Make a stupidly overpowered weapon
Use it once
Wait/ask for suggestions to nerf it

Vegeta yawns and tries to enter the battlefield, only to be stopped by a puddle of Foamy Bubbles, slipping and fall to the floor- er- ground.
prince Damnit!
While Vegeta trips up, he then sees a face that he seemed to recognize walk by heading into the battle field, not too fondly. He scowls with a fowl stare, filled with some sort of hate like the person that walked by with a look, that seemingly nobody notices, that reads, "that's the foul wretch that dare harm my pride".
copium deficiency (Why's that brat, here of all places?!)
As the person walks by, a faint sound of squeaking boots could be heard by, who knows who, as a Water Buster starts to charge, and the smaller voice of the one who entered the battle field unknowingly, starts to speak up.
???: E-excuse me-
The source of the voice appeared to be ignored by mostly everyone, until she starts to raise her voice by a more, firm amount.
???: Excuse me!
She then got attention from a few members from both sides.
who dis? Could all of you quiet down please? I just woke up an hour ago...
Beta, prepare to change the name of TOP-SECRET 2 on the public character sheets to...
Wadanohara
The Sea Witch
Or just "Wada", if you don't want to type out the whole dang name out.

She waits for a response, from someone, anyone, from both sides to see if they could willingly fulfil the young witch's request.
(And as a repeat of information, my turn calling Wada in, is that she charges the Water Buster in case you couldn't catch on.)

BBA Mega Man decides not to use the uno reverse card, instead using the Stun Seed to force Reggae'd Vivace to act last, while giving GutsMan the right to act next.
GutsMan then uses another GutsButt at Swarm Man and Reggae'd Vivace, the latter who isn't boosted by Evade Auras anymore since Flame Sword + clears all status effects. He deals 500 and 291 damage, respectively, while also applying Fear for 2 turns.
Minerva is replaced by Wada who charges a Water Buster.
Swarm Man tries to use a Locust Swarm, but is paralyzed by Fear.
BBA:Another one of them!
Burnin'Pirate charges a Burner Dive!
Neo ton just skips his turn because i'm too lazy to calculate damage from Anger Fire Nado rn. In exchange, I'll give him 2 AP next turn.
Communists, seeing Vivace's trick, steal WE from her!
Cut Meme uses I Like Ya Cut G, completely "cutting off" Burner Pirate to his disable by dealing 300 damage!(cutman also recovers all we and hp)
Cara puts up an Plant Barrier, which will recover her health over time!
Vat man pollutes the battlefield! Now THAT'S gonna be annoying to calcul-
Sorry Rotom... your plan has failed. Reggae'd vivace is paralyzed by Fear...
I THINK I DIDNT MISS ANYTHING

Wada then tries to walk up to BBAMM's groupe before getting tripped by Vegeta, who grabbed her by the ankle, causing her to fire off a Sea Spell II, causing her to loose her charge as the cost for using the attack. (Which was done because of a certain tailed jerk with a reddish-pink eye piece.)

Before anyone could answer, however, Jazz interrupts.

Believe me, it's better that you don't know.

It would seem that multi-targeting is out of the picture, lest we risk triggering that card of his again. If we want to lessen his numbers, we'll need a heavy hitter to strike them down, one by one.
Interesting plan. Just one problem: We don't HAVE a heavy hitter!
Sure we do! He's right over-

Ninja Psi tries to point towards Beta Maximus, who isn't even around.

Oh, COME ON! What's that guy's deal, anyways!?
Deep In a Cave at the Rocky Plateau

...Man, I know that everything's so much different than my home Universe- let alone the concept of "Omniverses" as a whole- but to be in a freshly recreated world on top of that? Makes me wonder just what I got myself into...

The wandering hero rests on a nearby rock, partially covered in ice. It seems the further down the cave you go, the colder it gets.

This whole cave... Was it made when the world was reborn? Or... Was it always here?
...It's hard to tell... And it's not like I can go to the nearest town and ask around, either. Even if this is supposed to be a new world... For some reason, we've been placed not at the beginning of time, but at the same time as we would be if it was never brought back to begin with. For all anyone would know, this cave could've always have been here.

Bt pauses for a moment before putting a hand to his head.

Maybe I'm overthinking this...
Well, if nothing else... We can do what we can until we figure SOMETHING out.

Ninja Psi proceeds to strike the weakest of the two Communists with a Pirate's Scythe!

@QuintAnother : Last I checked, that's not how Super Throw works in TTC. Instead of forcibly switching someone out, it makes their action go 3 steps later.

I won't do EXACTLY that. What I'll do is:
If you get yeeted to the bench, you can still act that turn, which means the Raid Boss cannot "yeet cancel" any move. It's practically the same thing. Anyways, I see you really like to balance weapons, please keep suggesting like that so I know my weapons don't ruin the fun of the game.
(Also, even if you lost the turn for being flung to the bench, that wouldn't be a problem since my only character who can do that now, guts man, has 50 speed so pretty much everyone acts before him)
