So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Reggae goes for a Hyperspeed Crash, though it misses.

Devil charges his Shadow Buster.

Reggae continues his onslaught with a Race Relay, hitting all 11 time, for a total of 149 damage! Multiplier x2!
Reggae follows up with Speed Star, dealing a total of 53 HITS!? And this is AFTER I calculated the Proto Buster stuff... Whatever, MIKE takes 448 Damage, and since I can't be bothered to recalculate the damage and multipliers hit for Proto Buster, I'll just tack that onto the total at the end of the post.

Proto Man fires off two insta-charged Proto Busters at MIK3! 13 out of 20 shots hit, dealing a total of 5058 Damage! Multiplier x6! The Stat Mirror, however, misses.

Empress uses a Dizzy Twister, dealing 1 Damage and inflicting Dizzy!
Speaking of Dizzy, since there appear to be two definitions of the status (The one defined in Eternal Radiance and the one defined by ch4s3), I'm gonna try to find a "middleground" of some kind, though I dunno if that's what this will be.
Basically, this version of Dizzy has a 35% chance to cause the unit to target either the next or previous unit in the turn order, whether it be ally or enemy.

Neo Ton surrounds M1K3 in an Anger Fire Nado, hitting 3 times for a total of 15 Damage!

Worker continues Secret Shopping.

Okay, time to add the 488 Damage from that earlier Speed Star to the total, there's your 7x multiplier. I don't care how many corners this is cutting, I am NOT throwing off my schedule before it gets established. And I thought Speed Star was gonna make me lose my mind BEFORE it got nerfed...

proto-manOkay, why did my buster fail to charge? Anyways, It did deal decent damage.
ProtoMan learns Energy Barrier and uses it once, before using 2 Energy Swaps!
Plasma barrier 15 WE 99% accuracy 92 Power Energy/Shield
Create 4 plasma shields. Has a 10% × amount of shield around you chance to negate an attack's damage. Every turn, one of the shields come flying into the target, removing 2 positive stat buffs if possible, or hit twice if there are no stat buffs to remove!
Worker:Yoooooo thanks! Now I get to move first!
Worker then uses DLC, which thanks to a + I'm adding to the move, doesn't cost an AP and has its cost reduced to 800!
He chooses Insta-Usage of Items.
Thanks to the move not consuming AP, he also fires a Zenny cannon, using up 100 Zenny!

Pssh, you think I care about the turn order? Nah. Besides, I hope you realize that it's also making you go later than normal, too, right?
Literally the only people benefiting from this are the slow people. You don't get anything out of this. Talk about a wasted turn.

Reggae and Nitron P both take a W-Tank. Reggae then Pesters once before setting up an Anti-Tank.

(OOC: Ah, crap, forgot to post yesterday. Gonna try to make up for it by posting twice today. Also, the reason MIKE is taking so little damage is because Weaknesses, while an important factor, don't decide everything. There's also stuff like Attack and Defense stats and whatnot, which are also major factors in damage calculation.)

(Plasma Barrier removes only one stage of buff. Also only one of the barriers may fly at the opponent per turn. And as i said in its description, it only hits twice if there are no stat buffs to remove. Also for DLC, debuff added.)
ProtoMan decides to trigger his Nuclear Overdrive, use an Energy Swap, and Buster Charge at Worker! If ProtoMan doesn't have Buster Charge, he just learns it and uses it anyway.

Worker decides to use his very last moveslot to learn and use the ability:
Pacifist Beacon!
Neutral/Energy
10 WE 100% accuracy
This boosts your Defense by 1x5! However your attacks no longer count as damage points, only counting for Zenny and Crown Coins. This also instantly turns all DPoints into zenny, meaning you're guaranteed to get a big 0 on your score at the end of the raid.
Also when ProtoMan attacked, one of his Plasma barriers came flying at M1K3.

While poor old Devil has no choice but to rip the bandage off.
d I am going to hate myself to this...
Devil then uses his charge from the shadow buster... to use his signature attack, Devi Flame, pulling out a small purple rod, points it at M1K3, as blue fames start roaring out from the tip, a slight spark then touched Devil's popcorn stickybomb, which in turn causes the bomb to explode!

Proto Man activates Nuclear Overdrive, then uses Energy Swap to deal 100 Damage, then uses Buster Charge on Worker!
One of the Plasma Barrier's shields flies at M1K3, dealing 327 Damage and debuffing his Speed by one stage!

Devil fires off a Devil Flame, dealing 24 Damage and harshly debuffing all of MIKE's stats! The Popcorn Stickybomb explodes for 332 Damage!

Paralysis and Accuracy Debuff wore off on MIK3, as did the Field Support's effects! Ablaze and Corrosion I also happen, dealing a total of 110 Damage.
