So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Vivace kicks off this round by activating Senshi Dragon, allowing for all players with stat boosts to take an additional turn for the next 3 turns.

Which, thanks to Pandora, is everyone.

...We completely waisted those evasion moves, didn't we?
Yeah, probably.
But, now...
...It's time for Phase 2.

Reggae and Ninja Man Psi then proceeds to gouge down on their Large Mushroom Pizzas. Which...

...Mind you, that I had the Beacons set up from the start. That is a full 5 stat boosts.
Then, there was the Bacon pizzas. This pushes past the normal boundaries of stat boosts; Added to my 5, this WOULD make it 15...
...Except, these two were both holding Xtreme Modules. This DOUBLES the boosts given to me through any means (at the risk of doing the same for debuffs).
This means that after the Bacon Pizza, I had 25 boosts on ALL stats.
And now I'm eating Mushroom Pizzas.
Which triples the amount of stat boosts I already had, STILL going beyond the basic limit.

I

Officially have

75
Stat
Boosts

...And you want to know the worse part?
Recall how I had also bought 2 Guard Modules, as well.

I will use my other turn with these two to replace the Xtreme Modules I had. Take a wild guess what I'm going to be replacing them with.

* It's over, pal. You're done.
* We are going to beat you to death.

Magnet Bomber uses Dragon Thunder to strike QA's Fun-Ruiner Mind for 233 damage, then Pandora follows up with a Model-X Buster, which lands 5 shots for 570 damage total, increasing QA's multiplier to x2! Cara Oasis then unleashes a Falcon Storm to deal 145 damage, allowing Tinkatedd to SLAM its Gigaton Hammer upon QA for a WHOPPING 2893 damage, brining the multiplier up higher to x5.

Completely irate, QA unleashes an Anti-Formatting Bang, which not only completely destroys the rest of this post's formatting (no, seriously, look at the weapon description. I could not POSSIBLY make this up), but also deals 13 damage to Reggae, 8 to Ninja Man, 143 to Magnet Bomber, 111 to Pandora, 139 to Cara, 91 to Tinkatedd, 652 to Glass, 112 to Alicia, 156 to Gagaku, and 31 damage to Paratamu; Magnet Bomber, Pandora, and Tinkatedd are all blinded. Due to her Phantom Blur in the previous round, she manages to avoid the attack.

Anti-Formatting Bang
Core: Shadow/Light
Power: 10 Damage | Cost: 10 WE | Accuracy: 100%
Has a 40% chance of causing Blindness, hits everyone. Also has a 50% chnace to literally remove formatting for the rest of the turn but that's irrelevant.

After doing... What he does with the Equipment Pouch, he goes for a Power Slash and two more Emblem Bow shots... All of which completely miss. Alicia follows up with a Water Blade, dealing 25 Damage, as Gagaku uses yet another Super Capsule to boost his stats further.

...Me realizing that I didn't do Paratamu's turn.
A massive mechanical arm from Parutamu's back extends outward, holding a flashing blue blade. With one swing, Guardian Spin Blade is used. With his next AP, he consumes an WE tank. With his final AP, he Guardian Spin Blade once more.

Utterly dumbfounded, Glass gets ready to attack again when
*static*
Getting knocked away is a very eager TRBF who ends up stealing Glass's Speed Shoes.
TRBF's skill kicked in, resulting in an additional AP to be given. With this, he opts to jump into Ninja's move in an heroic dive, a bit unaware of just how bad of an idea this is. (This is all assuming that if you splice it the right way it allows TRBF to have a turn)

Tinkatedd, now blinded and holding the members card rather than her hammer, stumbles over to the nearest shop, and in a moment of solidarity with Blast T, buys a variant slot for her turn ,and using a buster charge in the form of a elixr

at the same time, Cloud T wakes up especially grouchy

Just going to leave this up here as a reminder: With Senshi Dragon active, everyone with a stat boost is able to take another turn. And thanks to the Speed Support used by Pandora earlier, everyone has a Speed boost, meaning EVERYONE has a second turn they can use for the next 3 turns (2 after this one).
QA attempts to use a Fun-Killer Twister, only to be interrupted by a Reggae Crashing into him at Hyperspeed for 374 damage, before preparing a Mach Aura and a Speedy Phase-Out.

Fun-Killer Twister
Core: Wind/Shadow
Cost: 25 WE | Accuracy: 70%
If successful, randomize the targets of all attacks regardless of allegiance. Has a 3-turn cooldown. If used before cooldown ends, accuracy decreased to 30.

HAH! Nice try, but no dice, pal!

Reggae then suddenly appears in front of the T-Verse Quartet.

Also, you guys should probably sue, because I think that was DEFINATELY a rip-off of your guys' move.

Meanwhile, Ninja Man Psi charges a Swift Buster before launching a Ninja Fireball... of which The Raid Boss Fan- completely taking Glass' place- jumps in the way of with his Heroic Dive.

Big mistake.

Caught in a rather deceptively powerful fireball, TRBF practically merges with it, becoming a flaming projectile that only barrels towards QA for a whopping 733 damage, increasing the Multiplier to x6, and inflicts him with an Ember of Weakness, halving QA's attack stat for 3 turns.

...I'd call him an idiot, but at this point, it's par for the course.

He then notices Gagaku planning on using a Super Pellet to max out on stat boosts, but then remembered something...

Hang on a second... I've got something.

Ninja Man Psi then proceeds to use Senshi Goat, which allows for Summons to use the stats of their summoner for calculations for the next 3 turns.

Wha- How long have you had THAT!?
I dunno. Kinda forgot I had that, to be honest.*
...So, the Super Capsules were-
Completely useless? Probably.
...*Sigh* Well, whatever. Gagaku, prepare to attack!
HEY. Gagaku's programmed to listen to me, remember?
...Ok, Gagaku, do exactly that.
...

Gagaku proceeds to crush QA with a Gagaku Crunch for 326 damage, further reducing his Defense and raising his multiplier further to a x7, then scratches him with a Gagaku Claw for 488 damage and inflicting him with Bleed!

Meanwhile, Magnet Bomber launches two Fox Leaves that hits 7 times total for 169 damage, while Pandora prepares a Model-X Force Shot and Vivace an Evade Aura.

Cara Oasis then provides Ninja Man Psi with an Antlion Protect before unleashing a Tree Fall on QA for 50 damage. Additionally, Tinkatedd buys a Variant Slot before Buster Charging twice (thanks to both the additional turn given to them by Glass and the turn granted to them because of the Senshi Dragon).

Alicia then proceeds to bonk QA twice on the head with a Water Hammer, dealing 52 damage total before Parutamu steps in with two Guardian Spin Blades, drinking a W-Tank between spins. This hits 5 times total, dealing 414 damage and increasing the multiplier to x8, despite also revealing a Laser resistance in the process.

Gyro T, who's been watching the entire fight from the pop up stand nearby with Blast T, begins writing something down as reggae calls over to him

Untedd looks over aswell, and checks his watch, realising it's been three turns, blue rummages through his coat pocket, and pulls out a weird looking poké ball, a large amount of energy is drawn into the poké ball, causing his goggles to fall down over his eyes, Tedd then throws the poké ball towards Tinkatedd, who's suddenly covered in crystals for a few seconds, before emerging from said crystals, having terrastalised into an impact type!

Paradox Man toy in hand, Reggae first uses Chronoforce to make a Chronostone to grant him another turn, uses the gifted turn to use Chronoforce again to make a second Chronostone to give Ninja Man an extra turn, uses Centralized Shaker to deal 300 damage to QA (dealing 150 to himself in the process), and then pulls out a Chocolate Dr. Pepper and...

*Kr-pop!*

With the power of Dr. Pepper, something- or rather, someone- appears out of nowhere...

What in tarnation...? This ain't the Saloon! Where in the blazes am I...?
(Of COURSE he's a bloody cowboy...)
Hey, mind giving us a hand here?
Well, that depen-

The stranger takes a good look at Reggae.

...You are the strangest bird I ever did see, I reckon.
I get that a lot.
Now as I was saying, that depends: What's in it for me?
Here, try this.

Reggae hands the Chocolate Dr. Pepper to the stranger, who takes a good look at it before taking a sip...

...Dear god.
Pretty good, right?
Well, it's a bit flat, but it's still the best darn thing I've ever done tasted.
Sorry, we had that for a while*; But if you help us out, I'll tell you where you can go to get more of those, and fresher, too.
...Well, little birdie, I think ya done got yerself a deal.

The figure shakes Reggae's wing, then turns to face QA. A tumbleweed appears from out of nowhere, rolling past between the two.

I suppose yer the varmint these fellas want me to help out with. They call me Omi "the Cron" Dustbowl...

Omi "the Cron" Dustbowl pulls out two revolvers, twirling them about as he is ready to fight.

...And it's the dust yer just about to bite.

Meanwhile, Ninja Man Psi uses his Duo toy to summon a Galaxy Bomb SP around QA.

Hey, you're the one who wanted to ruin our fun...

He then charges a Duo Superlaser...

...It's only fair we do the same to YOU.

...then unleashes it with his next AP, blasting QA for 6212 damage, increasing his multiplier to x14 while also applying a -5 Attack debuff. He then proceeds to use the AP given by his Chronostone to use Buster Charge. Meanwhile, Gagaku uses Wily Hijacker to find QA's Light weakness, then uses Wily Striker, which- due to the still-active Senshi Goat- fires 115 shots (which also sweeps up TRBF, turning him into an additional projectile) for an INSANE 16110 damage total, further increasing the multiplier to x30.

Unsurprisingly irate, QA unleashes a barrage of Death Beams at Reggae; However, due to both the Mach Aura and Speedy Phase-Out, only two of these beams connect; And even then, thanks to his insane stat boosts, this only deals 16 damage. QA also suffers 10 damage from Bleeding and 544 damage from the Galaxy Bomb SP, further increasing his multiplier to x31.

Power: 100 Damage | Cost: 30 WE | Accuracy: 80

Magnet Bomber then proceeds to unleash two Dragon Thunders; However, only one hits, dealing 15 damage. Pandora uses Speed Support to further boost everyone's speed, then attempts a Homing Plasma, which misses. Vivace then lands a Shine Flare for 38 damage, then spawns 5 Golden Spheres, one of which hits QA for 4 more damage.

Cara Oasis then Tosses two Boulders, dealing 33 damage total as Tinkatedd Terrastalizes into an Impact type. Following this, Alicia strikes with a Water Hammer and a Water Blade, dealing 6 and 9 damage respectively while Parutamu uses Reinforce for 9 whole Refluxes. Meanwhile, TRBF, clinging onto QA, Pesters him into unveiling Unbalancing before sending him a Fan Mail.
