So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Core: Swift
Subcore: Nature
Weakness: Time

Laziness multiplier: x90740271946296395629
Anyways...
Disarge puts a Prism Guard around Ninja Man GBond!
QA uses IGNORE RULES at Ninja Man, destroying his Prism Guard, before using two Death Beams+ that deal 2200 damage total, disabling Gagaku bonded Ninja Man
Death Beam +
Same stats, but now can optionally be fully directed at one target as a single compacted beam attack for 1100 damage. Accuracy is reduced to 70% if the beam is compacted though.
IGNORE RULES
Empty
0 Power 5 WE 90% accuracy
The user ignores whatever status effect the target has, removing it! If this misses though, apply 1000 self-damage. Can be used twice for the cost of only 1 AP.
Vivace uses double Eripper for 120 damage!
Cara Bouldertosses for 85 damage
Fox Leaf hits 3 out of 4 hits for 75 damage!
Since I don't know the stats for Aquatic Bash, I'll just assume it dealt uhh 90 damage?
Multiplier x35
No idea so 0/1000 until next

@QuintAnother : (Okay, now that just unfair with the "Ignore Rules" and "Death Beam" attack)

Cara Oasis: This is starting to get worse, we must finish this foe of at once!

She uses Falcon Storm, while Magnet Bomber uses Magnetic Earthquake

...I-

Disarge facepalms.

Ok, wow. I don't even have words.

Ninja Man weakly lifts up an arm.

I have one.

The arm immediately falls down.

...That word is "ow".

Another, more permanent fusion, walks onto the field.

You're here. Perfect.

Using the two Chronostones to apply the necessary APs, Disarge takes the Duo Kids Toy and Speed Shoes from Ninja Man Psi to give to Banetem, who looks down at the toy, then to the Chronostones, then to the merged Ninja Man on the ground. As he talks to Disarge, he removes the Field Booster from his own hold items to make room (the Third Hand applying the additional space he'd need for the other item).

Yep.

Simple.

Disarge then uses his Paradox Man toy to invoke a Centralized Shaker!

We do our best in their stead.

As Disarge follows up with a Photon Missile, Banetem ponders something as he looks down at his Duo toy.

Using his Fusion Move skill, Banetem combines Duo's Gravity Hold SP with his own Flame Charge!

Banetem then charges up a Fusion Move of Duo Superlaser and Water Pulse!

I'm late for the raid end. Sorry.

proto-man_shadowWell, if you think THAT move was unfair... My use of Superflat World was to nullify Reggae and Ninja Man's insane stat boosts. Thing is, that also nullified my multipliers.
But now, there's no Superflat World...
And I have a high-damaging fullscreen weapon, the Anti-Formatting Bang...
So uhh...
I AM GONNA GIVE YOU UP
I AM GONNA LET YOU DOWN
I AM GONNA TURN AROUND AND DESERT YOU
I AM GONNA MAKE YOU CRY
SO NOW
SAY GOODBYE

Three Anti-Formatting Bangs obliterate everyone on the battlefield, since this went first it nullifies their attacks... and QA is nowhere to be found. The 9 unused sigils just fall to the floor.
(Btw, what happens to these Beta? Do they disappear or do they keep on my inventory for use while I'm as a normal player?)

It remains in your inventory, but only for next time you're the boss. Same goes for any other item you bought for the raid and didn't use.
...Moments later, four survivors climb out from the rubble, two of which undoing their earlier bond.

...I am never fighting someone from an 80's gag manga again.

Ninja Man Psi supercharges his Energy Boost to revive anyone who happened to actually die from the attack. Reggae then comes back with full suitcases.

Alright, my neck's fixed. Come on, you four, we're taking a vacation.
A vacation...? Where to?
Anywhere but this universe. I'll be SQUAWKED if we have it interrupted by some overpowered villain-of-the-week. Supremo still owes us big-time, so I'm gonna see if he can't take us somewhere for the next month.

Reggae takes Ninja Man Psi, Gagaku, Disarge, and Banetem with him back to the apartment complex they've been living in, looking back towards the other raiders as they leave.

You guys look after the place while we're gone, alright?

The five are gone.
...Speaking of vacations: Quint, when you said you were busy with things, you should've told me it was your summer vacation.

That being said, here are the results. (I discounted the two super-big attacks that Ninja and Gagaku had prior to the introduction of Superflat World.)

Beta Shadow - 5979
polartedd - 3069
Radiated Wraith - 1590
ch4s3man - 1554
Red Mage - 570
Master Alicia - 552
RotomSlashBlast - 330
glacier - 40

...Was there any doubt?

For the record, you will NOT be following Reggae and the others to our vacation.

Instead... I've got something ELSE in mind for you all. Something rather... devilish.

New character:(if i have no slots buy one, but i think i have)

FlashMan except it doesn't stop time, he's actually

THE FLASH
HP: 50(1000/1000)
WE:100(200/200)
ATK:10
DEF:10
SPD:240+Any remaining points because I dunno which level I am right now.
Core: Swift/Electric
Weakness: Time/Space
Resistance: Swift/Electric
Buying a skill slot for him:
Speedster
Speed buffs can go past normal limits until they hit 20. Speed is buffed once every turn, and Buster Shot is replaced with Quick Evasion.

Moves:
Buster shot -> Quick Evasion

Quick evasion 2 WE Swift 100% accuracy
The user prepares to dodge an attack. Costs no AP the first time it's used in a turn, and boosts your Evasion by 25%. Can be used more than once in a turn, but then each use costs an AP.
Ninja Acceleration
Lightspeed Impact
Hyper-Accell Swift/Elec 10 WE 100% accuracy
Costs no AP. Grants 2 extra AP in the next turn, but debuffs speed by 5 stages. Cannot be used if speed has already any debuff to it.
Acceleration Force Swift/Elec 20 WE 85% accuracy and 100 Power/hit
The user gets 5 speed buffs. If this is used next turn, the user applies the Acceleration Force field effect for 3 turns, granting 2 extra AP to all allies while it's active. If this is used while Acceleration Force effect is active, rain down loads and loads of lightnings(more specifically 12 hits) that try to hit random targets!
Speedy Phase-Out
Speed Shield 10 WE 100% Accuracy Speed/Shield
Grants the Speed Shield status effect for 3 turns, where the Speed stat is added to Defense.

(Note: the raid will not start until the bosses are properly revealed.)

City Ruins

It happened almost instantaneously. An entire city, not too far from where our heroes are now, have been completely ravaged by three vaguely familiar robots. Following their command is an army, consisting of Robot Masters, Mechas, and even Fortress Bosses- some of which are nearly identical to each other. Citizens are either turned to dust, or turned against their former friends and neighbors, taking on a dark and ominous red-and-grey color scheme.

For some of TTC's earliest veterans... the mere sight of this color scheme brings upon mixed feelings of fear and anger that are most familiar.

Police and even the military are doing the best they can- with mixed results- to protect the people and fend off the demonic army; But whenever they try to confront the main three, they are never able to stand a chance, adding to the numbers... Be it one way or another.

One of the three robots turn to the others.

...I'm getting bored already. Let's stop beating around the bush and waste this pathetic universe already.
Aw, come on. Why can't you just sit back and enjoy the chaos?
I don't care about the chaos. Where are those strong challengers we were supposed to meet here? The ones we saw in the lab of that other universe's old man?*
Oh, relax... I'm sure they'll tune up soon enough.
*Referring to the Weapons Archive MKII raid, which took place in the Wily Castle of Ninja Man Psi's universe.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Alice comes out of a sort of fog, with what appears to be shelves from a library of sorts.
wonderless Hmmmmphh...
She then starts walking up, with a seemingly stone-wall behavior; unfeeling and focusing on the three biggest known threats on the field she sees, cracking her neck.
