So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the 
of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:
1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.
Each player must also give their character the following:
Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.
These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost

12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Two in one deal!
Doc Elite when defeated splits into one of his two fusees at random, with half the stats. Refuse upon 3 turns passing, or the still standing bot's defeat. Doc keeps the Charge Module, Dark keeps the Weapon Upgrade. Can only use moves associated with the user still standing.
Also TINY STAT TIME
Weak to Water and Swift
Resists Nature and Missile
Impact/Nature "core"
Health: 12
Weapons: 17
Attack: 16
Defense: 10
Speed: 15
Moves
Tiger Claw(Nature/Impact or Nature/Cutter): Punch the enemy for low weapon energy cost(20 damage, 2 we) but increase damage and change typing for a slightly higher cost by using claws.( 35 damage, 3 we) 95% accuracy
Recon Performance: Swift Nature Use circus tricks and tail bouncing to get style points and increase speed, as well as boost morale of teammates (increase WE, but not his own) (speed increases by 1 stage, recovers ¼ of teammates WE , 5 we to use
Brass knuckles: Cutter Swift Lowers enemy defense by 2 stages and does 15 damage. 4 WE, 87% accuracy
Ring around the Bozo: Swift Shadow Runs in circles around the enemy to lower accuracy, before jumping on their head to deal a base 30 damage. 7 WE
Circus ball: Impact Swift. Throws a circus ball at the target, allowing the user to drive a truck into the target as long as the ball remains, dealing massive damage, base 120, the ball as 85% accuracy. 15 WE. Ball can be removed the same way jewel polish removes stuff

The homeworld of humans happens to be of this world. Granted it's highly disfigured (not like it looked better beforehand) but regardless, if not here, then where did you come from and how did you end up here?
(Sharing? As in the dracoian has PSI as well or as the Molecule alters his attacks? While I doubt it be of much use to the user, it's still nice to see a familiar face, even if it is a Magicantian.*)

Well, if you're that curious, I'm from a small... how you say, uh, country, called Diest. There, there was a gloriously strong race called the Dragoons! But as for what happened to all of them... to put it simply and a bit crassly... I'm the last god damn one other than a friend's young son left. When some bastard Emperor came in and destroyed everything but me, who was in the gullet of a damned sea creature, and the boy and his mother, who were hiding in a hidden room in the castle. Yeah, if you can't tell, my life, is absolute hell at the moment. And for how I ended up here, well, it all started when I met this little freak right here.He then picks up Mr. Molecule by one of his spherical hands and places him on his palm.
He sort of just, appeared one day and well, I sort of kept him around since. Anyways, back to the topic at hand, earlier, he-Ricard said, pointing his thumb at Mr. Molecule who was climbing on his helmet.
-sort of made a bet that, using my enhanced strength, I could just, straight up, jump in the air and land on a foe. And since there wasn't I sort of owe him at least, 20, maybe 30 gil. Though then again, I did black out while I was in mid-air... so who knows what happened!
Mr. Molecule then starts looking a bit nervous... like he did something during that time.

Gyro T turns to the other 3 robots on the top of the dilapidated building, unfortunately, they are all occupied at the moment, One reading a worn newspaper, while the other two are playing noughts and crosses in the dust, Gyro T rolls his eyes, before making a whistling sound, the robot reading the newspaper lets out an audible sigh, before storing it away. And walking over to the noughts and crosses, kicking the dust to stop the game
Aww what? I was about to win! Spoil sport-
No time for that in afraid. We've got company-
Blast T walks over to the edge, looking down, the rest of the robots walk over and look down, the last robot produces a rose out of who-knows where

Star T is cut off by blast T instantly jumping off the side of the building down into the street below

Dust then also jumps off the building, causing Gyro and Star to follow, all 4 landing on the floor moments later Infront of everyone! Blast strikes a pose as he lands, before letting out a holler to grab everyone's attention who hadn't noticed the 4 robots falling from the building

There's a mild pause, and Dust T awkwardly makes a coughing moment before nudging Gyro T

Well now, since the raid boss of the month is here... time to list off the attacks for the new duo of men (Ricard and Mr. Molecule) that showed up! Starting off, comes a rather unique attack...
Jump - The dragoon's signature technique, causes the use to go up Mid-Air, ignoring most attacks, with the exception of Laser, Missile, and/or Space type attacks. After the turn, they land onto a random target dealing an impressive amount of damage. Accuracy 70%, 30 damage, requires 10 WE.
Fire Breath - Through the help of Mr. Molecule channeling his PSI, Ricter is able to "breathe out" fire, along with two more element types of breaths. Fire Breath has the distinction of being the one that can hit multiple targets akin to PK Fire. Has chance to cause Ablaze. 80% Accuracy, 16 damage, requires 8 WE.
Frost Breath - The ice version of one of Mr. Molecule's "breaths" he channels through Ricter, that can only hit one target. Has chance to Chill, causing the targets speed, to drop by 2 stages, along with a lower chance to dodge attacks. 78% accuracy, 16 damage, requires 7 WE.
Lance Thrust - The user readies a lance attack that takes one turn to charge, causing their speed to be raised by one stage. When used after charge, it takes one speed stage away and damages the opponent. 90% accuracy, 15 damage, requires 10 WE
PK Flash α - Mr. Molecule, using the only PSI technique it can properly use at the moment, shines a bright light at the enemy group, having a 48% chance at blinding them, with the remaining percent causing them to Cry, causing them to have a chance at not attacking, and instead waste an action. 89% accuracy, 0 damage, 8 WE
